Worst experience regarding their service like room very pitiable in condition, bad odour in room& dusty condition

Excellent property and service

Property and food not good but the location was nice

The location provided by MMT did not take me to the exact location. No food facility is available in the hotel. The room provided is not appropriate for a couple since the bedroom window was right near the walkway and the window was two-sided, and offered no privacy at all.

It’s an ok resort privecy is less in here

Water leakage in toilet and not room freshness , not worthable for this room

value for money but only for the location. no food, no snacks, no washroom/ washroom toileteries, no towels... absolutely nothing. A go to place if you have you may or might need wrt

Room is not having proper cleanliness. Small insects were there even in the bed. No dustbin. Dirty bedsheets. Overall just okay. But for the amount paid, its not worthy.

Went for a stay in this place for 2 nights for a 4 bedroom booking. We met out with utter disappointment. No full time reception, no housekeeping, unclean rooms and wet sofas with lots of insects

We stayed here for just a night in the cheapest room available. For the price in vagamon, the room was adequate. Don't have high expectations (for the basic room. If any improvements can be suggested, then the following can be implemented: more privacy with better curtains, instructions on hot water usage/availability, a more comfortable bed, better room lighting and some air fresheners in the bathroom.

Towel and bedding was not provided to the third person. We booked for three people but no facilities for the third one. Room was very small. Toiletries not kept. No bf given. I will certainly not suggest for bachelors also.

The bedsheet had a hole in it, plumbing was bad, tank got empty 2 times; some things in the room were broken, sofa, tap, curtain rod. Toiletries were missing, on request we were given 1 soap for 4 people, had to request multiple times, needs some supervision. Not worth 3k a room. But the view was amazing )

Beds were not clean and blankets were very dusty due to which i got allergy and had to suffer with cold way back to bangalore.

Awesome location, friendly staff and a superb weekend getaway spot.

The stay at hotel was good. Rooms were nice and privacy for families. The pocket road to hotel was in bad condition and also we don't find any sign boards.
