I expected a lot when I saw the photos of the room and the premium pricing, but it was not worth it. The room was very spacious, but felt that it lacked maintenance. The room smelled like it remained closed for a long time. Dinner had very limited options, and it was very average too. Overall it's not worth

I have a wonderful moments there with my partner 🥹 atmosphere, romantic, places and unforgettable 😌.. And it's a calm stay. Also room is very good, maintained. Good and nice service . It will be better if we get the balcony which have beautiful vew.

The rooms were good but the service was dismal. TV was not working. They would turn off the hot water at times and we had to call them up to get it. Food options were limited and even that was of poor quality. Any complaints we raised were not addressed. The staff is non-responsive.

Food was ok but the service was very bad. The restaurant staff kept forcing us to order and have food much before the scheduled closing time. The hotel charged us rs.250 for a glass mug which broke while handling on ourdining table.

Top asset of this resort is its location, the drive is not difficult and steep.Is nearer to the important destinations like pine forest, meadows and also adventure park. Rooms are well furnished with good views of woods around from the balcony. Breakfast was reasonable and service was very good and tariff for food and stay is very reasonable.
