familyVery nice. Nice experience and lot of enjoy. Room size are most beautiful. Bathroom also clean. Location is nice. Golden temple is walking distance and local market also. Staff behavior is so nice.

Average Stay
familyThough our trip was short, but the room they allotted to us was very stinky and moisturized and also the bed sheets, pillow covers and blanket was not properly clean and good in hygiene. Only one thing was positive that their the staff was very polite and co-operative.

Staff and furniture
(1) Staff was good but Need more professional staff to handle clients. (2) Blankets provided was smelly, need proper washing.

Best price
This hotel provides affordable rooms at low price. This hotel is in the main busy area of Golden Temple where customers can feel safe especially at late night after visiting Golden Temple. Near by the hotel there are good hotels for breakfast, lunch and dinner. From the hotel in 30 minutes the airport is there 10 minutes away from bus station.

Location and support staff
Being just a few mins walk away from one of the prime destinations, the place adds more value with the kindness of support staff. Probably one of the best places at this price point.

Decent stay
Big rooms and washroom, cleanliness was good. Room service was also good. Location is very near to Golden temple, just walking distance.

Budget room
familyThe hotel is in walkable distance to the Golden Temple and Jalianwala bagh. It is just a budget hotel, so you will be happy if you do not have too much expectations. Staff is good and co-operative. One thing I did not like about the hotel is that they did not have dustbin the bathroom, otherwise good hotel for a day's trip to the Golden temple.

Nasty experience
In bathroom water is flowing in floor. I do not go again. Reception run by a small little boy but he is humble.

Not satisfactory
Blanket is not well, hotel booked for three-person and arrangements made for only two-person and on query gave only two blanket and the same are also not well, no proper person is there for arrangements hotel booked at 2 p.m but not arrange and clean at 8.30 p.m.

What's candy to eyes is not always
I will surely fall short of words. Good thing: Close proximity of Golden temple so you can actually be out in the market late night and come back safe. Staff is well aware of the area and hence can give you many options for going out. Worst: Rooms are not soundproof and hallow. We had the worst experience of other guests shouting outside the room in the corridor at 2 in the night disturbing our sleep and hotel staff could not do anything about it. 2nd worst thing is no amenities in room. They could not provide proper quilt in this chilling cold and instead gave blanket. Asked for extra soap and was not provided. We called the staff in morning for tea and no one attended the call. Bathrooms have exhaust but proper ventilation is not there hence they are smelly. Bed sheets were dirty. Blanket provided was smelly. No WiFi provided. There is only 1-2 hotel staff who are kids who know nothing about hospitality. I can write more but I would suggest to book this place with all basic amenities in check as you will not be provided with anything.

Good location
It is very close to Golden Temple, 10 minutes walking distance. Though AC is there but with no hot blower/heater, hence AC is of no use in winters.
