Terrible Experience – DO NOT book this hotel!
We could not stay in the hotel. We had no other choice but to lave even though the money was nonrefundable. Followings are the reasons:
Hotel Closed Upon Arrival – When we arrived, the hotel was completely closed, and there was no one at the reception. We had to call the provided number, only to be told that the staff was "busy with a festival" and would come later. This left us stranded in the rain, waiting outside until they finally arrived and opened the doors.
Unhygienic & Smelly Rooms – The rooms had a horrible damp smell, likely from mold growing on the walls. It was unbearable and completely unhygienic.
False Advertising About Restaurant Service – The website clearly mentioned restaurant service, but when we arrived, they casually told us, "Just order from Zomato." This was unacceptable, especially since we were traveling with an 8-month-old baby. We booked this hotel specifically because it had a restaurant, but they misled us.
No Security, No Other Guests – The entire hotel was deserted. Not a single guest, no staff presence at night, and no security measures in place. Staying there felt unsafe, particularly with a small child.
Filthy Premises – The so-called kitchen (which was useless anyway since there was no service) was extremely dirty. The whole place lacked basic cleanliness.
Unresponsive & Irresponsible Management – Even though our booking was non-refundable, we had no choice but to leave the hotel because it was unlivable. When tried to contact them, the hotel simply ignored the calls and emails, claiming, "We can't log in to our email, what can we do?" This shows how unprofessional and careless they are.
Final Verdict:
This hotel is a scam with misleading information on booking sites. It is poorly maintained, has no security, and lacks basic hospitality and responsibility. Save yourself from this terrible experience and DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

This bengali guest arrived on holi festival, the guest reached around 3 in the afternoon as it was holi festival the hotel staff was sent to clean up before the guest arrival, as the guests called up in 2 min our senior GM came for chech in, as the guests were checking in the women were saying in bengali that lets go to manali as its only 3 lets not waste time here in kullu, (the GM understands bengali) but still checked in, in the mean time i also arrived then after and hour or so n the room they decided to move to ch-out and the bengali guy when met me in reception told me that they are moving out, i politely asked what the matter is but he denied anything i further tried to comfort them and suggested free Room Upgrade, but they were adament to go to manali, then in the parking he asked for refund and i said we dont have a refund policy to which he and the women threatened me with a extremely bad review if refund was not made.
So it is advised that people like you should not book rooms online rather reach station and check inanywhere.
