Terrible bathroom , … ..rooms are miserable , roof is so short that it will touch your head ,, Bathroom flush are not in good condition

Don't book. It's a guest house 500 meters inside. Food is not good.

In my opinion, the room rent is very over priced.

Room size was quite small, poor ventilation.

I suffered worst experience in this hotel. Worst food and worst services. Room was too small. I had to pay extra for big room. An air-conditioner was not working properly in that room also. Bathroom door needed key always for opening the door. Room height was too short. No separate staff was available for different work. There was a lady whose work was to clean the room, clean the bathroom also and the same lady served the food, tea, water bottle. We were completely shocked that how this hotel was listed with MakeMyTrip. Food was very low quality. There were no any cook. Overall worst experience I had visited hotel ever.

Homely atmosphere, homely food, staff is very polite. Its like you are staying at home. Food is slightly costly but food is cooked as per your choice and not the choice of hotel. So over all a very good experience. Although I stayed alone but I am sure this is good option for couples also. A very peaceful area.

Its no more value for money, food became very costly. Any nearby restraint provides much better quality at one third of cost for full meal. Facilities also deteriorated since last time I visited. Complete territories were not made available. Otherwise its became an average for regular visitor.

I was visiting Gurudwara Patna Sahib and also Bodh Gaya and stayed in this hotel for two nights. The hotel has an excellent ambience and staff were really helpful. I has a chance to see the owner of this Hotel and he was a brilliant person, presented a souvenir printed by Bihar Government on the day of 350th birth Anniversary of Guru Gobind Singh ji. Food was excellent and only vegetarian choice was available. Bihar is a dry state and consumption of alcohol is prohibited. My stay was really good and friendly company of the owner of this hotel was an added bonus.

Clean rooms, good food, well mannered staff, 24 hours assistance. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Will recommend to others also. Heritage residency is located in a residential colony but very near to the main road, surrounding is peaceful.

I'll stay again here for sure if only I don't have the least of the choices. The guest house was clean and peaceful. However it is very expensive. One can get far better accommodation in 60% of their rates. A couple of such good hotels are close by. The food at Heritage is highly costly. One can get better food options in 50% of their rates merely within 50. It's a private residence converted into guest house, like motels. I guess high rates because of low inflows or overrating.
