Review Of HAMPI'S WHISKERS RESORT

This place is rundown and poorly managed. This property is in no network zone and they don’t provide wifi in the rooms. Talking about rooms they are not fit for hosting guest specially if you have kids it is just a room with bed. No AC no TV mo kettle to boil water washrooms floors don’t have tiles. I don’t get why they charge 4-5k per night. The staff is not trained they tell you that they would arrange morning nature walk around the property but will never show up. Only thing going for this property is its location. It is tucked inside a wild location with beautiful trails where you can for morning and evening walk where you can spot animals like river otters and crocodiles

Enjoyed the rustic atmosphere of the place felt like I was staying in my ancestral home in my childhood for a day . Loved the bird watching in the evening. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Resort is located in a remote location accessible by a narrow village road suitable for 1 car at a time. Lacks basic amenities as phone and television in the room and no internet and wifi.Very difficult to call room service especially during night time.The breakfast served was also average considering the price being charged for the rooms. There were no fencing along the canal facing room and can be dangerous for small childrens.The only plus point is the natural beauty and the surroundings of the resort.

Amazing location. A bit off route but that makes the location special. The staff is very nice and the service is very good. The place is very clean and the rooms are very clean. so 10 on 10 overall.

Rooms- The rooms are clean and have heritage aesthetics to it. The washrooms are also well kept and well ventilated. The bed was cozy, there is ample privacy too. There is a sit out where you can keep chairs and chill. Service- Kumar Ji took good care of us. Room service was available at all times and the food by Ramesh Ji was delicious and they have all types of cuisine. Anil, Venkatesh and Pankaj made sure we get whatever we need in terms of service and knowledge. They shared with us the history, heritage and culture surrounding the place along with Kumar Ji. They keep the swimming pool also clean and natural. Location- Completely remote and natural with Langoors and monkeys to keep you company. The butterflies are always active at the lake side where the lotus flowers always blooms at night. We had the canal side rooms and it was peaceful as well as serene. The staff helped us with boat ride in the canal and the bird watch. They also took us to the flat hill top where you could meditate and bask in the glory of the complete view of Sanapur and the boulders habitat. There peacocks surrounding the area which would keep you company.

Ultimate nature experience , best for bird watching and a view of the entire village from a hill up beside.

The location is good, property well maintained, but they took booking for Heritage villa but gave us premium room due to maintenance work going on which was not informed to us.

This was an unexpected booking and I'm so glad we decided to go with this place. We loved the stay there and the property is beautiful with bamboo plants and the canal flowing right in front of the room. And the food was just delicious.

very bad!! First and foremost, It is not a secure place for family to stay. When I reached there I didn't find any security personnel. I was at right place. There is no proper road to reach property. It is a mud road sligtly away from a village. Actual condition of rooms is poor. Bathrooms are not clean ceiling but actual conditions of room is completely different. Finally, I decided not to stay at the place due to security reasons, drove my vehicle away and called other hotels to get the room. If you are a family person than do not go to this place.

Stayed with family for 3 nights, Overall good experience, delicious food! Kudos to chef! Rooms are very basic, no complementary tea or coffee or hot water kettle in room, however you can use water dispenser which is there in restaurant. Red ants crawling on floor all the time, Beware of mosquitos, waterfront makes conducive environment. Very basic bathrooms, geyser in both rooms were not efficient. Location is a bit remote, few more signposts and Street lights would be definitely helpful for people to find their way. Please reach here before sunset, it can be a task to make your way here in night for first time.

Perfect place for those who love nature. Resort manager mr. Kumar always greet you with a big smile and ensures your stay is comfortable with his wonderful team. Restaurant also serves tasty food.

The assistance to find the location and to contact and the property manager was not possible. If you are faint hearted and loose temper quickly this experience is definitely for you. though it's a property review but support and assistance is pathetic and poor, including negligence from properties owner as the reception and contact is stationed at Bengaluru maybe definitely not done. the reception is ought to be at the location not some remote location who doesn't care about the booking. but as definitely bit pricy stay and non refundable had no other option but to frnd for it.

Just spent an incredible 2 days at hampi's whiskers resort! we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for making our stay truly unforgettable. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, every moment was pure bliss. The stunning views, luxurious amenities, and delicious cuisine all exceeded our expectations. Thank you for creating a haven of relaxation and tranquility. We can't wait to return and experience it all again. How does this works. As i've already paid my bill at resort. ?

Resort is very good and rooms are of three type all are good but best one is kingfisher one. Its 35KM away from Hampi and in true lap of nature. Food was also good we took every meals there only. Also there is activity of morning and evening walk, I missed evening one but as per the people of resort evening one best one don’t miss that.

the property was a great place with natural ambienece. the food and the hospitality was great. The natural water pool is a good addition.

It was very close to nature and the staff was very attentive just they have a bit strict timelines which i think every resorts might have.

Awesome property. Riverside is just walkable distance. Very pleasant sunrise to experience from tungabhadra river side. Best thing was that there was no crowd at all.

No neatness, lizards n mosquitoes everywhere. The manager is just a sweet talker n not at all helpful. Average food with high prices. No room service.

Hospitality was good, food was also ok but cleanliness was totally not there, rooms were full of dust curtains we can't even touch also

Quite a nice stay in Lush green nature.Food is also good.staff are really nice,helpful and courteous.Property is really good.staff over there take you for a full tour of the property follows with scenic view,pond,waterfall....
