Please don't expect for any room service Even drinking water delivery may take one hr. Hotel staff don't understand about shampoo and conditioner. They even don't know what is conditioner.

Rooms are very small and their king-size room bed is not really king size, it's just 5×6. They don't have buffet for breakfast .

poor experience during the stay!!
Room was allocated in time. AC was not working after sometime. Then they tried to repair it and changed the room at 1030 pm in the night. In the second room AC was leaking due to which few clothes got wet!! Overall, poor experience.

The behaviour of the staff was rude and they were charging more than what was paid. I booked a premium room by paying a higher amount. They allocated a non-AC room. When I asked them, they were not ready to make any changes. They asked for extra money. The breakfast is complimentary, but it is also charged. Nothing was served hot. They don't even give water in the room. They charge for drinking water too.

Terrible Stay
I had booked suite room and checked in on 07/06/2025 ,the power supply went off to only my suite which couldn’t be rectified. I was shifted to other deluxe room on same floor. During night when I asked for mineral water the front desk people told that no mineral water is available. We were supplied with some bottled water. When I checked out front desk people never uttered word for refunding my money for having allocated deluxe room instead of suite I had booked. Overall experience was terrible

Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Money
I recently stayed and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the main issues I encountered: Cleanliness: Upon arrival, I noticed that the room was not properly cleaned. There were stains on the bedding, and the bathroom had not been thoroughly sanitized. This made me feel uncomfortable throughout my stay. Staff Attitude: When I asked for assistance with my room, I was met with indifference rather than the hospitality I expected. Value for Money: Given the high price I paid for my stay, I expected a much higher standard of service and accommodation. Unfortunately, I left feeling that I did not get my money's worth. Overall, I would not recommend based on my experience. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements for future guests.

Good property needed more care and basic facilities.
The room was spacious. However there are number of deficiencies. 1. The shower in the bathroom was nonfunctional. 2. Tea and Coffee ingredients provided in the room were insufficient. On request they provided more with great reluctance. 3. There were no hand towels. 4. The food in the restaurant was substandard. 5. The staff overall was nonresponsive. The telephone will be lifted once in three or four attempts.

Location is good. No glass partition in bathroom, instead polythene is provided. No committed restaurant for the unit as there are two hotels in the premises. Breakfast is arranged in other unit and only mediocre veg is prepared. Not even egg or omelette is prepared even on demand saying this is a veg restaurant; though there is multi-cuisine restaurant available. One has to walk down to other unit for getting food. Room service is not provided in many a times. Front desk and room service response is very poor. No bottled water for rooms instead they fill water from in-house. Over all, this hotel charges very high and the customer has to suffer. To reach front desk , you have climb 15 steps. MMT please check before indicating 4 star/ 3 star and the charges.

Poor cleanliness. Washroom fittings were unclean. Most of the plates, spoons for breakfast were having stains showing what the previous customers ate! staff was helpful, good property but a lot to be done in maintenance. Food from restaurant was tasty and plenty in quantity.

Response from hotel staff is poor. One light in the room not getting switched off. Says that it's automated. But we felt a hell with sleepless two nights. Not recommended.

Although i had the taken the with breakfast option, i was told by hotel that breakfast is not included in my package. Room service was poor, despite several reminders, towels took 45 minutes to come. There were no towels in the room.
