Location is good and service is okay. Could have been better if the Hall ACs were on and Gaming Zone was not locked. The washroom besides the Gaming zone needs a repair as the entire area stinks.

The breakfast spread was good, and the property is decent with ample parking space and courteous staff. However, the rooms are not well-maintained due to the property's age, and several issues were noticeable. We stayed in Room 601, which had an old split AC, and there was water leakage inside the room. Additionally, we had to call room service multiple times to arrange an extra bed, even though it was already included in our booking.

pool was not maintained properly, water is smelling and got skin rashes, room door bell doesn't work, Ac was not working at night requested to reduce the temperature but didn't got help. Food quality was good.

However, the property itself leaves much to be desired. It appears to be quite old and is clearly in need of better upkeep and renovation.
