VIJAYSHREE RESORT, HAMPI.

On fifth, we reached the resort when we went, he told that sir, we have upgraded your room so I told thank you and when we went to the room, then only we came to know the bathroom door is not fitting. The wardrobe is not good. Everything is not good. They was 15 years old. When asked him. What is this the reception counter? The person name told me sir Apni to normal via so this is the opera thing food is totally Bapa. They don't have proper buffet. They do lemon rice puffer rice type of things for buffet. It is not at all three star. Also, it's very bad. They have bullock cart and horse the small kids go around they have pay 100 rupees. They don't have complimentary tea or snacks. This thing, even for that we have to pay the only agenda of resort is loot money they show on the pics of front side, which was built to years back five ultra luxury and remaining few rooms are normal with small size which they told us to take, and we denied because our luggage was opened, so food is totally disaster. You can't have it and I've already sent the pics and complain it to the MakeMyTrip, so it's poor. I don't recommend anyone please please. Please don't go to Vijayshree. Thank you.

Hotel/resort is very well maintained, lush green, serene and beautiful. Excellent hospitality, excellent food. couple of area they need to look at... signages are placed in very odd positions...difficult to find rooms, they have not mentioned on the booking sites that they are pure vegetarian resort and do not serve or allow alcohol consumption at the resort. in terms of location it is bang on main road going towards Hampi heritage site, however when you are coming from Hampi there is Signages placed on the main road to take a left turn, however when you take that turn you end reaching staff gate, I don't know why they placed it there if it was meant to be for guests.

Very pleasant and good experience. Special thanks to Yusaf and Sanjeev for making my mom's 70th Birthday special. Food and overall service was good and we recommend this property.

The Vijayshree resort's location was good and food was also decent but the rooms were not up to the mark, especially the bathroom was very old even the tiles color changed. They need to renovate their bathrooms in Heritage villas. Apart from this staff was very good and service was also fine.

Great property, beautiful landscape, staff is very courteous. Rooms are nice but not maintained. The door was jammed, bathrooms were not functional. The room was given to us dirty. The food was by far the worst I’ve had in a so called 4 star. This 3 star at best.

The Room was neat and clean The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was good and tasty The entire compound has a princely look and the whole walk area and the lighting in the night makes the place look like a palace The Front office manager Mr Yusuf and the driver whom the Resort provided to me namely Ganesh were particularly nice and helpful to me

Stay was good and food was also good. Location was also near to sites in Hampi. Although there was minor hiccup during checkin but MMT got it quickly resolved.

Amazing Stay at Vijayshree Resort! My experience at the resort was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. The resort’s facilities were top-notch – the pool was pristine, the spa services were heavenly, and the on-site dining options were excellent. The property is nice and well-maintained, but they seem somewhat reluctant to accommodate adjustments. I requested an earlier check-in and asked to substitute lunch for breakfast, but both requests were declined. Additionally, the coffee shop prices are excessively high and not worth the cost.

Location was excellent: quite near to tourist spots. Staff: excellent and cooperative behaviour. Even though there were about 60 diners on first night, the service, though delayed due to absence of buffet, was perfect. Special mention of bhaskar needs to be made for his politeness activities: suggestion is to include a small entertainment (music / dance etc) in the evening.

The room was good however it had cobwebs in the ceiling. Except the ambience the stay is quite average as the service is super slow. Only vegetarian good and room service is not 24/7. Food available only during restaurant hours. On new years night restaurant was closed and if dinner required guests had an only option opt for the newbyear party. No room serve too. The started was not met for paying such exorbitant prices

Stayed at this property for 3 nights ( 28-31st december 2024) with my family. While property got lots of open/green space and nicely located, service is a big issue. It can be ranked as average to poor. Food choices are limited (same food everyday) and hardly any senior person available for query resolution. They need a learn a lot from their counter part in rajasthan resorts to whom they are trying to replicate. Overall, not value for the money.

to start with positive words. the property is really beautiful with a beautiful lawn and nice gardening. the swimming pool is really large. spa is also excellent. complimentary breakfast and dinner is also nice. The inside property buggy service to roam around the property was excellent. however the tariff they are charging is for 5 star hotel but their service is worse than a 3 star hotel. I had booked the raya room category for 2 days and below are the reasons I didn't like their services 1. anytime I want to order food from room the call is never picked by the restaurant in the intercom. Literally I need to walk all the way to the restaurant and place an order for room service. they say they are busy so couldn't take the call. and the food delivery time in room is not less than 50 minutes. they take the same time even to deliver tea coffee in the room. 2. poor housekeeping service . though I had asked to clean the room when I was going out they ignored me to clean my room. after paying a hefty amount I had to stay in the same room without cleaning. 3. The room door after closing had a gap with the door panel and even a small noise in corridor was coming inside the room and disturbing us. it's not even a 3 star standard door. 4. I complaint about above issues to the property manager Mr. G. Thippeswamy multiple times. Every time I complain he says I will come and meet you and see what can be done to resolve. But he is not a man with his words. During my 2 days stay he never met me nor resolved any of my issue.

where do i start. 1. pathetic rooms, not clean. it's dirty. rooms are near the reception, too noisy and they are on the ground floor so there is no privacy. forget about opening the curtains. 2. they don't have towels 🤣. when asked for towels they said we are out of stock and they have gone for washing 🤦 3. they don't replace water bottles in the room and have to call them multiple times. 4. oh the best part if you want to have a tea/coffee the place is so far, somewhere in the corner and it's so dirty. it was stinking and the tables were very dirty and never cleaned. plates and coffee mugs were all lying there with flies. a road side tea shop will have more clean tables. because of this you end up ordering to the room which is going to charge a boom 💥 5. food is bad and bland. not cooked properly. it's like a marriage hall buffet food 😂 note- they serve only veg. no alcohol 6. they have cycles which they charge ₹100 for 30mins. cycles have no brake, handle broken, seat broken.

They are charging 5 star property rates but not even providing basic amenities. There are mosquitoes in the room for which we had to ask for good night. The ac stopped working at night almost full night and it was damn hot. And water was leaking from the ac. The cafe is extremely far at the other end where no one was available to take the order and finally when someone came they took 45 mins to provide water.

Property location is good and on the main road - an hr from the Vijaynagar airport. Property has 2 wings - old and new which is more modern but heavily overpriced during the holiday season. Food quality needs improvement as was too spicy. Breakfast was largely South Indian and average; dinner buffet needs material improvement. Average facilities provided in the room but was clean. Friendly front office staff. Arrange your own transport if you wish to travel around Hampi. 2 days is sufficient to see entire place as all major places are close to each other.

Stayed with Family and Friends; had a Terrible Experience. Nobody to attend calls, indifferent attitude of housekeeping staff, wait time for room service is minimum one hour, restaurant does not open fully until 8 am, dirty common washrooms. There are two properties in the same compound; one is old (they call it as “heritage”) and run down, the other is new that is very poorly finished and seems to have come up in a hurry to meet Christmas and New Year’s demand. The silver line, though is the variety and quality of food👍, service attitude of the restaurant manager, nice landscaping👍, expanse of the property 👍and Location 👍
