Kishkinda Heritage Resort

The Check in time is 10 AM but when we reached at 11 AM, they asked us to wait for half an hour as the room was not ready. They didn't even provide us any alternate room. We got the worst room as the rat was coming in the bathroom and eating our soap and finally we had to put the heavy bucket on Jali trap to prevent the rat. The cottage was in round shape with no ventilation at all. The 3rd bed provided can't get any air from the fan and it was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was having bad smell and hygiene issues. The food provided during lunch wasn't good at all. Only the breakfast and dinner were somewhat ok but lunch was horrible. The resort is far away from Hampi and it took us 1 hour to reach the resort. There is no mobile network in that area. Only good point was free entry to water park for resort guests. The resort has a big garden which is a plus point. But very unhygienic bathroom, poor food quality in restaurant and very bad room are big let down. This is very remote area and there are no other restaurants nearby so you don't have an option for another restaurant.

Although property is old but maintained well. It's a convinient place to visit considering Hampi Visit and good for big group stay

The resort environs are beautiful with water channels, cascades, fountains, trees, greenery, hills all around. Accessibility is poor unless one has his own car. All important sites of Hampi are far away as one has to detour Tungabhadra river and scattered. This is supposedly part of Kishkinda of Ramayan time and there are many monkeys. Hotel food is average but better than that's available in Hampi area.

The place is interior and is very quiet, scenic. The property is old and the water park is badly maintained.

Location was very good, surrounded by nature, green paddy field, bolders, stram from Tungabhadra river. Resort staff was humble and polite. Food was good.

The best stay option in Hampi-Kishkinda. Minutes away from Anjanadri temple and ust 30 mins from stone chariot. Serene place full of open space. There chef is one of the best. Water part and swimming pool make it a complete enjoyable experience for families.

Excellent stay at resort for 2 nights. We booked garden facing AC hut. It was very spacious even though looks small from outside. Easily can accomodate 4 people (2beds and 2 extra matress). Washroom was attached and again very spacious. We faced no issues with ac, hot water or any room facilities. Staff was very helpful. Ther is resturant at resort. It has good food options, reasonable price and tasty food. Location is surrounded by Rocky hill, next to sanapur reservoir and a bit inside. Only issue was spotty internet connection due to location. We had to use reception WiFi if needed. Ample parking. Overall we will really recommend this resort.

ac non AC rooms is good I booked the suit room is not good mony more water leakage in the bathroom no food service to room and staffs is good

we have contaacted to the hotel and they conveyed the location. However breakfast which gave was good. Rooms were good, services which was tendered was good. However the hotel was good.

The scenery of resort is really good but the rooms are terrible.The cottage was tiny with no proper Internet or mobile connectivity.The food in restaurant was below average at best.The water park looked abandoned.There are better places in hampi for a more reasonable pricing.The resort was built around 30 years ago and the rooms have stayed same since then. We stayed two days in Hampi and both the days we have booked the hotel in this resort, but our family refuse to check in here during the daytime, so we only used to come here in the night for sleeping

Kishkinda resort is a really good place. It's true sense of nature enjoyed here. Plenty of place and well maintained property. Good cozy cottages but need to maintain more hygiene and improve food quality.

A different kind of experience. Overall Good with courteous staff but issue of no mobile network, insects and lizards inside cottage room and dirty Swimming pool and water park irritated the stay. Rest all is fine.

Terrible stay, dirty room, when we asked for refund because by mistake we had booked for 2 days so rudely they said it’s just not possible. Not at all flexible staff. Tasteless food. Not at all recommended
