Best location for the exploration of north hampi, but had some flaws

Location was good and property was clean, food was ok ok, with not much options, major issue was with WiFi connectivity specifically for room on ground floor only Airtel and Jio cards were having range rest all were heavy dependent on WiFi.

There is no clean toilet and room was so terrible in name of semi deluxe there is no hand wash , curtain are transparent roof is not maintain at all not recommended and in that price we can choose different rooms

while booking it was not clear that i was booking tents. After booking when i saw the bill it was clear that i booked Tents which we didnt want. Within 5 min i called the hotel, he was not willing to return/refund the amount. i told him it was just 5 min of booking. he was rude and didnt cooperate. i called MMT and explained all things but they too said they are waiting for the hotel to confirm. Once i tweeted and explained all the details then out of their company reputation MMT made refund instead of But it was completely due to hotel owner negligence. I would not book rooms ever from this hotel. We had cancel our plans because of such issue. Its horrible.

A better version of lodge. Average amenities. No TV. No wifi. Telephone in room does not work. Technical operation of taps to get hot water. Has to be opened at a particular angle or no hot water. Just for a room, bed and bathroom. Expensive foe what I have paid.

The food quality was very disappointing. Although we had opted for breakfast, the only items available were idli, vada, and chow chow bath, with no other options provided. The bathroom door lock was not functioning properly. Additionally, the service was extremely slow, taking almost an hour to serve food, and there was no room service available.

Pros: property is located very near Anjenadri Hills (birth place of Lord Hanuman) and neatly maintained cons: it's bit expensive compared to other hotels in nearby vicinity..we had to pay for one night for Family suit room food is slightly overpriced breakfast served is not upto the mark, you don't have an option to choose, it's fixed and no extra serve.

Expensive!!, not worth it. thought i'd get cabin with garden view(which was mentioned while booking), but they gave normal lodge where there is no garden view

They are basically running a scam. We booked a non ac room since the weather was good. The first room they allotted us was stinking and was probably closed gor over a week. Then the next room was a "cottage room" with no ventilation, no porch or balcony and the only window opened to the next rooms bathroom. The food was okay but given the resort level prices not worth. The host was friendly but sure you'll have to upgrade to a better room or atleast pay for an ac room for good experience. Also not to mention there were things sticking in the ceiling of the room and a hair ball and dust was also there which they told that the room was just cleaned. Better to avoid the place. You'll find way better places for less price. Unlucky for us we booked late so most places were unavailable.

Excellent stay. Second time staying. This time four days and everything was great. Excellent service and very helpful staff. I had a lock out situation but the staff immediately attended to it within no time and resolved the situation. Didn’t eat in the restaurant but heard food is good.
