The place is horrible for family and not safe for women. There were around 20 guys who came to the resort and used the swimming pool just because they were friends with the manager who is handling booking there. These guys were really cheap, they were passing cheap comments about women and staring at them in a way that would make any women cringe and run for safety. I will not recommend this place for anyone. The most horrible experience ever. On top of this they also came and sat in our balcony on the pretext of fixing wifi router which was clearly invading our privacy. The most disgusting place to stay. Please remove leo wooden resorts from your list of hotels

Location is fantastic. The room is quite spacious and overlooks the tungabhadra. The gardens are also nice. However, the facilities in the room are very less for the price point - no toileteries were given. The bedding also was very basic, just two pillows, a bed and one razai. Other hotels at this price give all this

Located in a wonderful place beside the tungabhadra river. The place is nicely maintained, the wooden cottages along with the balcony and river view complements the peace of mind. You can enjoy the food in a open restaurant with the same river view. Wonderful behaviour of the staff made my trip perfect!

The location and amenities are good the food is tasty only thing is the restaurant service is bit poor it has to improve overall it is good stay

Very bad staff, not even ready to come and check our needs, non friendly, and very expensive food and stay. Not satisfied, no campfire, no extra activities, very boring stay, not recommending.

I stayed in a tent. There is a single bathroom cum latrine for 12 adult males. There's no hook to hang up clothes. Also the resort swimmers use the same bathroom for pre and post swimming windups. I had to stand up in queue just for relieving myself. Good toilet facility is the most important criteria for good feel stay. Sadly this basic infra was lacking. And they charged me so much. In fact, i'll like a 50% refund to me due to lack of basic infra and facility.

Resort was good, but confusion was created by mm t. Since i booked considering rooms but was allowed tents stay was really horrible. But gave good rating because of good behaviour of staffs. Since the location is good. Please give a pop up while booking and make it clear that we are booking rooms or tents as i do not like to stay in tents. Common toilets were horrible and not at all clean. Also there are only 1 toilet each for ladies and gents and multiple tents. Toilet was not at all clean do not mislead on tents and rooms we go on vacation and not to go through torture

For a 1st gen hotelier, they have really done well. Absolutely loved the property, the serenity surrounding it and the facilities available. Food was good too, especially the pasta jn white sauce. Worth staying at this place

Excellent location with beautiful view. Natural view of morning sunrise and evening's sunset is very pleasant. The river was dried due to the off-season but i believe during rainy day experience will be different. Post mansoon would be the right time. The kitchen with lots of variety of items are really nice. Veg, non-veg there are many options. Breakfast could have little bit better with more options. Staffs are quite approachable. Space out side the room for sitting is excellent. Room service is also there. Morning and evening tea will add extra pleasure to the cold feeling sitting outside room. The place is easily reachable using gps. You need to cross the villages and this property will be kind of end of the village on the river bank. Once you are inside the property you can feel the calmness of the nature. We planned in such a way that we reached the property around 1p. M. Took little rest and covered the nearby sights one one side of the river. Next day we left early after breakfast to visit all the other sightseeing on the other side of the river. This way one can cover all the important places in hampi.

We were a group of 6 adults that went to lo wooden resort for the weekend of christmas 2024. It's a compact property, very green, and beautifully developed. The cottages were wooden and ac and well equipped as compared to chatai ones in properties in the vicinity of a few kms. Good sized clean swimming pool. The owners are very humble people and very accommodative. They also helped us to get a guide for hampi and had the patience to answer other queries i had. They also found out about which other places had christmas celebrations happening for us. Service was very good and so was the food. The menu is similar in most places in hampi and all the places we ate had good food, the only thing we didn't like here was the dosa and very sweet tea but he made tea sugar-free for us on our request. We also would have preferred sandwich bread to the slightly sweeter taste of bread here, but that's the bread you get in all the places and we ate at at least 4 other places while wandering around. The food otherwise was delicious. Both veg and non veg variety that we ordered were fresh and yummy. And the advantage here was the dining place which is the highlight of the resort, it's right above the river, so even though there wasn't much water in the river, it was a beautiful sight to sit there and eat with a view of lot of birds and boulders. They tell you not to go in water but you can go on the boulders and take some beautiful pics. My brother's wedding anniversary was there so we wanted to sit till late on 24th night, they close service at 10 so they offered on their own to put our order in casseroles and set a table for us and left the lights on for those tables which was very nice of them. We were there till 1-2 pm chatting in the beautiful moonlight (it was night before full moon) on the boulders, the place definitely gave a very special feel to a special day.

Great location. Average food. Terrible amenities tents have common toilets with no amenities. Tents for 2 are of a micro size.

Good property good food good service

Great view from resort, completely isolated and in lap of nature. We were able to spot crocodile in the river from restaurant. Rooms are good but not luxurious, food served was tasty. Wifi wasn't working but that was manageable.

The location of the property can't be argued about. It's beautiful, right next to the river. Very calm, serene and peaceful. Like me if you take a tent, you would personally get to see a sunrise and sunset from your tent on the river. The restaurant area is a good watchtower where you can spend your time. The few setbacks would be- the washroom- no clothes rack available, and since the washroom was a common one, cleanliness was an issue. The pricing- though all the amenities were there. The price was high considering it was a tent, and didn't include breakfast in it. The location- though it's a pro that it's in a the quiet, it's hard to get any local conveyance from this place. The staff and personnel were super helpful and friendly. The food is good too. Overall a good place to stay at!
