I called the given contact number, he suggested to come at Hadimba mata temple, however the Hadimba Palace Hotel was half- Kilometers before the above said temple. when i reached the above Hotel, it was totally different from the Hotel room shown in the pictures. the room was full of dirt, no TV, one or two of all the lights were working. in the toilet, jet was not working, only hot water was in tap, no cold/normal water in the tap. good thing he shifted us in the different Hotel -Sagar Resort- here also,jet was not working, ni cold water) normal water in the toilet. after two days they shifted us into another room, there, everything was working except the lights, and Tv. wifi quality was poor at the SAGAR RESORT.

The rooms were not same as shown at the time of booking. when we arrived in hotel room, beds were in poor condition, full of dust.

i am not staying there because the room was in very poor condition. i request to manager please change my room but he denied. it is my advise please no body booked this hotel staff is very pathetic. Room condition is furniture is broken, smelly room there is customer service. not refund my money and even not hotel manager refund my money iam very disappointed. after that on the spot i booked another hotel

food service & food quantity needs to be improved. hygiene maintenance should be much better. location is awesome.

I booked their "Luxury Family Room" as we were three adults travelling so my review will be regarding this room. Let's start with the positives first. The establishment is right next to the road hence easily accessible with personal vehicles, paired with parking it's the perfect combo. The staff is very polite and helpful and caters to the patrons needs. They changed the sheets and cleaned the furnitures when we demanded. It is one of the only few hotels with two beds in a room at an affordable price. Which is a massive plus point. So if you're traveling as a group of up to 6 friends, it's easily manageable. The washroom was very neat and clean. Now the negatives. The room was not clean enough. The walls looked dirty which led to the feeling of general uncleanliness of the room. One of the sitting chairs was broken and the rest of the furniture was old and not clean up to standard. Bedsheets were old, and one of the blankets was torn with its content spilling out. Overall a good choice if your group's main concern is about a place to sleep then this can be a good option. But if you prioritize the cleanliness of your beds and room then this is not for you.

We booked hotel with Makemytrip and reached hotel in the night at 8pm and Owner denied checkinn to us due to peak season date on 12th April. He told us this booking is with Makemytrip not with me and his hotel is fully booked. And in the cold weather I have to search another hotel. And still there is no hope for hotel refund also from Makemytrip.

dishonest staff , using badly behavior..we suggest do not book this hotel's room,dishonest dishonest staff..don't go... very poor staff and very poor services

Good and good and nice, and the hospitality was very good. The persons cooperated with me and acknowledged with the exact location and the food was so good.

In this price range, It's a very great choice to consider. Although on my stay, I ran into some problems which the staff did resolve. All in all, the staff was co-operative & had a nice stay.

Though the hotel was budget friendly, we faced many problems, the wifi was not working , when asked for an extra blanket at night during the chilling weather, no response and help from reception. Poor bathroom

Super luxury room called. What a joke. Old torn-ed blanket, not good cleaning, bed bathrooms, bad smell.

The rooms were nice and clean, the staff and food was also very good. If i ever go to manali i'll stay there. The place is so calm and walking distance from the mall road too. I would love to recommend this to everyone.

My check-in was late due to my bus was late i tried them on their number which was given in make my trip app many times. They didn't respond a single time although they give keys for stay when i reached there room was small no hygiene was there although washroom was huge they didn't even offer drinking water receptionist and care takers only interested forcing for book a cab for sight seeing and they would take a large commission for that i wouldn't prefer that hotel for my second stay

It was ok not so good, there were some electricity issues, delayed services etc, the stay was budget friendly.
