The hotel is a little away from Mall road but it is in a peace area. Dinner is available at a reasonable rate and quality of food can be said to be okay. staff behaviour is good. No public transport is available if you want to go roaming around Mall road.

Amazing stay.
Surya international is a very good property and is located just 500 meters away from mall road. And their staff is also very good and they also gave us complimentary early check-in. So my overall experience was absolutely perfect.

A good stay at manali
Overall, hotel surya international provides a reliable and pleasant stay with its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and great amenities. A few minor improvements, particularly in kitchen service reliability and dining prices, could elevate the experience even further. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Terrible Stay
The hotel denied check in inside hotel quoting the booking is full and shifted us to other hotel a star regency which was very poor in quality. There was no proper bedding, the bedsheet was smelling and no room service.

The hotel front seat was so warm and welcoming with polite nature. Also they helped us to find out the best room with best view for us.

Pathetic service in surya international. Not recommended to stay here
familyVery pathetic. Booking was confirmed but when i reached there, they have shifted me to hotel ocean blue and room and bathroom was very dirty

Location is good, staffs are supportive. Mountain view from balcony was awesome, timely room service. Overall good experience.

Good Stay
Food quality is not very good. Breakfast was okay but when you order from hotel restaurant that is not so good. Room interior is also very old. Overall it was not upto the acceptance. I haven't found the option on mmt that if i didn't like the hotel then can i change the hotel or no. The hotel is not meeting the expectation and customer is submitting the proofs to support his argument. What all i can do

Excellent stay @ surya international
I stayed with my family in this hotel for 4 night. Experience was awesome. Hotel staff was very humble. Services were quick, fast and very good. Room were clean, hygienic and well ventilated and beautiful valley view. My family enjoyed delicious veg food. Surely it was memorable stay.

Staff behaviour to good. Food quality amazing. Walking destence for mall rod. Tarish view nice. Good for family and couple.

Average hotel
I asked the hotel staff to sanitize the room in front of me and they denied to do stating it's already done. I had to do it on my own as i had my own sanitizers

Excellent service
Hotel is in nice location, walkable distance to mall road. Rooms are good. Service is extraordinary. Hotel manager is very polite and helpful. Food is good.
