It was awsum

Room at all floor except ground floors are having a good view, don't include food in their stay, food is pathetic. In breakfast they provided me pratha and curd. Approach road also not good, hadimba temple road always remain congested and blocked due to narrow lane and heavy traffic, so better to avoid stay in this hotel. From mall road it's around 1 km and almost impossible to walk because of the steep rise.

I love to stay there again. It was very peaceful place for me and my partner. We both are enjoyed together.

There is no other services, except room, and due to some emergency I leave hotel day before and ask for refund the demand, while when asking to another day they demand for charges per night. I think this is not a customer friendly. If we go directly to any hotel they ask for stay duration while we are not bound to say the desire time. Because we have not give full advance at this situation, but when you pay full advance through any online apps the hotel owner didn't want to return the excess money. As I will give overall rating of this Hotel 2 out of 5

I visited with my family to enjoy the summer holidays for six nights, but finished my tour one night prior being bored. The Hotel is far away from the market. Rooms are dark and is foul smell there. However staff is very good and they served delicious food, which I really enjoyed. Overall experience is good.

Spacious rooms, scenic view, close to van vihar, River, Hidimba temple and old Manali. Very good allocation, peace all Around. Cooperative staff. Good food quality. Will visit again.

Nice hotel and room service is good . But location is a bit difficult to reach . Food items not available as per restaurant menu . You can get 10 percent discount on the total bill of the food.

Room was good clean and we'll maintained, hotel staff was very cooperative, and polite location was also good, view from our room was very good. Market was very near, and food was very tasty value for money hotel

Best hotel I want to visit again. Everything is available there. The rate of the things are very low and very good. The service of hotel is also very good. I want to visit again and thanks the staff to makemytrip very good. There is nothing to say bad about it.

Worst service third class breakfast and almost every furniture was broken no shower to Bath no water in toilets. It was not all expected 7 people booking was given that too with one toilet which I way beyond shock. We went there for fun and relaxation but it came out so much pain.

Manali is a place where we can go with our family, friends or anyone. It is one of the beautiful place I had seen. I had visited Manali on decemeber and I can't describe my feelings. What an awesome place. What an awesome dressing I. E a type of traditio

Room was clean, location was perfect overall was good they provide us all the facilities. Staff was polite we really enjoyed. While talking about food, it was not that good as compared with rest of facilities. It need to be focused.

This is with reference to our booking NH for Hotel Paradise check in 26th Jan 2017 for 2 nights 3 rooms(Deluxe Room) done by you. It was an implied term of our contract that the accommodation provided would be of standard of cleanliness and quality reasonably to be expected from this type and price of hotel. It is regret to say that rooms were not as per the image uploaded by you on the website. The roofs of the rooms were seeping. Pictures as well as curtain .

The room was at a nice location but there is problem in room maintenance and cleaning. I found the major problem in wash room facilities there is big problem of hot water service and in power back up system but I like the staff they are very cooperative.

When the owner himself is worst then what we can asked for. We were not allowed to check-in our booked room (deluxe room) and the worst part was, the owner of the hotel himself did this. And he said that call at makemytrip and cancel your booking. Later on we understood that just because the hotel was having many walking guests. So he was not interested to give us room. Later on we have to compromise with another room.

Food is poor, service is poor, housekeeping is poor. Management is not good. Not worth spending proper time in ambience. Cloth washing is not allowed and laundry is must. So not overall enjoyed stay in the hotel in Manali.
