Very bad service. Rooms are not clean at all. Staff behavior is very bad. I booked AC room and they did not give me the remote. When I asked, they said AC is not working. Overall very bad service.

Rooms are not maintained properly. When i am taking bath tile are fall down & not clean wc property. No hot water for bathing. They don’t know proper kannada language. Also hindi english also. They know only malayalam.
