The property is not properly maintained and facilities provided are not up to the mark, there is no security or proper staffs present.The facilities mentioned are not actually there, there is no hot water,heater etc.

The Location of the property is not ideal for the couple.The room is poorly ventilated. The room service was terrible and the room itself is old. I will never ever suggest this property.

Stayed at MK Resorts recently—overall, it was an okay experience. The environment around the property is pleasant and filled with natural beauty, which makes the stay refreshing. The room was comfortable enough, but maintenance needs attention—there were leaking taps and the toilet flush wasn’t working properly. Apart from that, nature and surroundings made the stay enjoyable

The bed was eaten up by termite. Hot water was not available since it was connected to Solar as informed and the solar system was not working. Rooms were stinking.

Poor facilities, no power back up, poor maintainance my parents stayed their and had a bad experience

We had the worst experience at this resort during our visit on 12th July. Despite having a confirmed booking from 11th July 12 PM to 12th July 11 AM, we arrived around 5 AM on 12th July (due to travel delays) and were denied check-in. There were no autos from Gundlupet bus stand, and we were forced to walk 2 km in the dark without streetlights – an unsafe and stressful start. When we reached the property, no one was present at the gate or reception. After multiple calls, someone answered and casually said all rooms were full and asked us to return at 12 PM. We waited inside the property for 30 minutes, and finally, another staff member arrived, said the same thing – but somehow managed to give us a room shortly after. No explanation provided. Communication was extremely difficult as the staff didn’t understand Hindi. And to top it all off, the room we were given was not clean – which clearly showed a lack of basic hygiene and preparedness. For a place that markets itself as a relaxing getaway, the lack of safety, hospitality, cleanliness, and proper management was deeply disappointing. Would not recommend this place at all.

The room smelled bad as well as the bathroom only outside plants are in good condition wall had lost paints. No hot water was available even during rainy cold day.

No wifi, No kettle , beds were broken , Gyser not working. Lots of problem there. Cupboard broken, insects were also there

The rooms are big. Food was good and in an adequate quantity. The location was a bit isolated but overall the experience was great.

Room was ok But the amenities mentioned in the website are not exactly available. Housekeeping is below average, staff are not professional. Complimentary breakfast is only for namesake

On arrival, we found that there is no kitchen or any pantry to serve food. What’s on the picture seems good, but it’s not that great. We had to get the dinner on our own and it would be a challenge for a family to get food for everyone.

Property Location is very good, but the management they don't know to to manage a resort, one old man in front office who treated us very badly. Very very very badly

Property is pretty good , but as the wheather was bad and raining there was no power the whole night with hell lot of mosquitos . Totally spent a bad night there .

I could not stay there. Nobody didn't pick up my call. Uselss fellows. Why did you give me the phone number that is not attended by anybody. I lost my entire amount 🙏. never I will book hotel through make my trip.

Food was OK, since only breakfast was there. The room was good, though lacking in many facilities, like towel hangers, cloth hangers in the wardrobes, no hooks even behind the doors atleast to hand clothing's etc.... But very cooperative care taker and good coffee/tea provided by him.
