From the outside the resort looks good but when you get into it the condition of the room and bathroom is horrible. The blanket and bedsheet were dirty.

Very bad experience, no cleaning in room. Manager don’t allow guests in room. Low quality staff. Don’t visit this resort. Food is very bad

It's cheap but not good
Hygiene and standards were of low. Service is poor, flush was not working in rooms, toilets were not clean properly, tv was also not functioning. Food quality wa also very average. Even the conduct of hotel staff were suspicious. We have loss of cash and one wrist watch in the hotel.

Average stay with surpsing rules.
Average property. It's surprising but you need to pay sperately for minor things like safety tube in swimming pool. This usually is in pools, never seen anyone charging sperately. Drinking water need to be paid sperately, again surprising. Staff is more concerned about following rules then requirements of guest. When whole property was vacant even then our request to stay few minutes more then exact check out time was declined. Rule is stay of 23 hours not a minute more. Pick this one only as last choice.

Great experience overall!
Staff was nice and courteous. The food was also great. We came to this resort after facing a cancellation from earlier resort. It was a great experience.

This is my 3rd time visit in this hotel it was amazing experience with this hotel and good staff very peaceful stay clear room and clear swimming pool. Good resort for couples and families. I am visit again.

Dont book this hotel
This is not a 3 star property, if you book guest house it would be better experience i recently stayed at the resort, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. The washroom was dirty, bedsheets were not clean, and the overall room hygiene left much to be desired. The staff's lack of responsiveness to these issues only added to my frustration. Regrettably, my money was wasted on an unpleasant stay.

Good service clean room and bathroom and amazing view of the aravalli
Rooms were clean, bathroom was ok. And the view was amazing. The staff was also very corporative and polite.

The resort is established near brahma ji temple and market the facility in the resort is good the surrounding view is beautiful

Green park resort
Although a nice place, some improvement will help. The staffing in the property is insufficiemt. Toilet fixtures need improvement, realignment or repairs. Tea time starts after 8 am and ends by 10pm. This should be more flexible.

Water from sewage was coming out in washroom i booked deluxe room with ac but no such room was available when asked manager recommend to delete the booking in night

Worst service for the price
The kitchen doesn’t open until 9am, whereas the breakfast ends at 10am. Even in that the option is limited. Even for a basic tea have to wait for the kitchen servers to wake up. Tried to get tea at 7:30am for parents, no way to reach out to the reception. It is empty most of the time. Just one number shown in menu card which doesn’t even attend the call. Pathetic service, sub par rooms for the price and a terrible experience. Saw another guest struggling to even find milk for their baby and had to eventually step out because of the same. The location is probably the only good thing about the property, rest is all facade. This is clearly not a resort and needs to re-think its name.

Filthy stay
coupleIt was a very bad experience. There were cockroachs. Bed bugs. Bathroom was filthy. Bedsheets not cleaned. Blanket was dirty. The entire stay was a nightmare

Hotel was not available room provided in alternate hotel nearby
Though hotel staff informed around 4 pm that room is not available but we will provide in alternate property. Room was ok but toilets were not clean and even damaged. Overall stay was just an adjustment since we're tired and did not wanted any trouble os compromised
