Due to off season no major guest found in hotel Food and BF was served on request but variety was not there Also renovation was going in hotel

3rd class fecility. No lift no hot woter no good bed. No bathroom clean. Food test worst & high price.

Plus points location is good staff is ok walking distance to pushkar lake parking is there minus points entry/approach road is shady and dark. Can be a bit scary at late night suggestion: please light up the approach road after taking turn from flyover

Too expensive for the amenities they provide. The geyser in the room was leaking. It's not a heritage haveli - just some decor in that way.

My stay in the hotel was satisfactory. There are areas of improvement in service and food. The room size was good, location is good.

Choosing this hotel was one of the worst decisions of my life. The promised mountain view was nothing but a glimpse through pigeon nets and buildings obstructing the scenery. The balcony and chairs were so dusty and filthy that sitting outside was not an option—not that anyone would want to, given the uninspiring view of other buildings. The staff was shockingly rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, they insisted on cash payments for food and other services. When I ordered 3 cups of tea, they sent 6 and charged for all of them. Their excuse? Extra orders cannot be returned. The hotel's location is terrible—far from the main market, making accessibility a challenge. In hindsight, staying at a place like Hotel Sarovar, located conveniently in the main market, would have been a far better choice. My family and I deeply regretted staying here. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Don’t trust the so-called value stays. This hotel doesn’t even deserve a 1-star rating, given the awful service and unprofessional staff.

The location is closer to pushkar lake and temple. The rooms were neat and clean. For hot water, geyser was working. The bathroom is not that great.

The stay was good. But the staff was rude and irresponsible. We booked a flexible checkin where we could check out 24 hours after the check in via make my trip. The hotel people asked for extra money saying that they dont have any flexiblity option and told us they have nothing to deal with make my trip flexibilities. We had to contact make my trip to sort our issue as the hotel showed complete irresponsibility and rudeness from their side.

Hello, out side road of the hotel is very dirty there is no road only dust, room size spacious and good but bathroom not good tiles of bathroom is broken many locations break fast is good staff of hotel is good.

Hotel facilities were good. Cleanliness was fine. But food quantity was very very less w. R. T. Food rates. In booking they mentioned you can check out after 24 hours from the time of check in. But later they said you have to check out at 11 am only

bedsheet was dirty and was not washed properly strain were clearly visible flush/jet was not working

Awesome experience, perfect location and good food. The pool was a plus that our kids enjoyed. Highly recommend.

Spacy but service quality is poor. Breakfast quality is not upto the mark. Not worthy for rs 250/ head.

Best in service price is little high comparing food section. But tasty food and luxurious feel. Close to every attraction point. I love the ambience specially.

Very warm staff with convenient location. Rooms are clean and pool and garden well maintained. Looking to revisit soon.

Great view of greenery from rooms. Location was near to all major attractions, however outside the main entrance there were too much water logging. Rooms were spacious but, we have to change rooms due to some little issues like, intercom was not working, spider was found in bucket etc. Staff was super friendly so made sure to upgrade our rooms. Food was delicious. Breakfast buffet should have more options. Overall stay was good.
