lik disappointed for zostels standards. Ac dint work well, latch of the bathroom could lock, towel were old n torn, and the taps and shower in bathroom were not working well

The room i booked looked different from what the picture was showing. the room pictures look very good but in reality the room is not at all good. they have categorised two types of room and i booked the expensive one. When we discussed this with the zostel manager he said that all rooms are same and he can not help us. He suggested to put a review for this. This ruined our stay experience. It was my first time at zostel but now i don't think i'll ever suggest it to anybody.

excellent stay. chill hots, chill co travellers, wonderful arrangements. the host took us to a local site seeing and also arranged saturday night jamming. made my saturday night. memorable stay! 👍

familyThis hotel is not at all suitable for a family. Everyone else was either a solo traveller or a group of bachelors. People drinking openly, making noises and singing till 2 am in night, will not make any family comfortable. We had a forgettable experience except the part where we enjoyed the live show for limited time in evening and the dinner which we ordered. I will recommend this hotel for anyone travel-ling solo but not at all for a family.

Experience was average. The property was being whitewashed. The common areas were not clean. Food was average. The room did not have wardrobe though i chose for premium room. There premium room is on ground floor and does not have any openings.
