Very good hotel in pushkar, view is very good, room quality is very good

Overall it was an average experience. Property is really pretty and located on main road. Rooms are spacious. But service was really poor, also bathroom was smelly and they tend to switch off ac from time to time. Also food was not really tasty.

I would be more than elated if I can give rating in negative.👎👎 Hotel was ok BUT THE STAFF AND THERE BEHAVIOUR WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT AT ALL BEARABLE😢😢 i checked in at 4:00 Pm and ordered tea and snacks which were not tasty at all I booked my room with breakfast option but when i asked for breakfast at 8:30 AM, they said "Chef nahi aaya 1 ghamte baad aayega" I again asked at 10 :00 AM but again reply was same and "I had to check out without breakfast or even a cup of tea, though I had already paid for it" Finally I checked out at 10:15 AM Would not recommend at all to any one

Everything was very much amazing in the Hotel. The food was very good in quality and variety. The service was also good. The stay was very good.

1. Hotel Staff : Hotel managed by only one caretaker. 2. No front office staff available 3. Wash room had no hot water in winter season 4. Proper parking space not available 5. Not at all recommended for family 6. No intercom and provision for photocopier for taking copy of ID card.

The hotel advertised as 3 star which is not right. The rooms are tacky with very basic and raw amenities. Though it may be one day issue but we reached hotel around 8PM with family and kids and figured out that there is no functioning kitchen and need to go out for food. The onwer was helpful in offering us a dinner on his own cost, but again you do not have to end up into this situation. Anyways, we spent just one night ( though had booked it for 2 nights).

hotel is not having restaurant and limited rooms and no proper reception and response for the customers when they entering to the hotel one small boy is taking care so I am sorry to say this is my worst experience
