Very nice hotel and very good behavior of staff and nice location. And the room is also good.value of money.

When you consider the cost of over 6k, half of that might be due to the fair season, the hotel’s food was sub par, the cleanliness was sub par, but the staff was helpful, the jacuzzi was the most basic one, faucets were leaky, blankets had holes in them, would never go there, specially during the peak season.

The hotel was undergoing renovation at reception area but the impact was visible everywhere right from staff service to buffet breakfast serving to general upkeep of the hotel areas. The rooms dirty with filth on less used corners and sofas, the pool with layer of construction dust and other garbage, the lift shafts full of large cobwebs (visible due to glass capsule lift) and very bad smell overall. The staff was courteous though and happy to accommodate the requests - I requested for room freshener. However, due to short of staff, the rooms were not even being cleaned everyday despite the room being occupied - this happened to me on one of the day and despite complaining for the same, the cleaning didn’t happen. On breakfast - I saw the same menu spread (Poha, paratha and puri bhaji) on all three days of my stay and despite showing concern, they simply said - this is what’s served here. They even declined the order for live counter. So overall it was a bad choice to stay there.

The atmosphere was so calming and perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The location was also incredibly convenient. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Received excellent hospitality, room was neat and clean. Very beautiful property. Note- can improve upon swimming pool, it requires cleaning every hour during rush hours

It was a good experience, people are good, service is good, there is a need to improve the service a little more

Dont stay in this resort, tents are pathetic to stay, one cannot sleep at night, its too noisy as it is v close to main road, don’t waste your money.

It was okay hotel & we had booked 3 rooms & we were allocated all rooms on different floor, also Service was very poor . Food quality was ok. Staff was good. Price was not worth as per facilities .

Location of the hotel is near to major landmarks. Food was decent as well. Hotel common area was clean with ample parking space. The rooms could have been cleaner. Sofa and walls were dirty. The bedsheets were clean. The rooms were pretty big. Overall a decent stay.

Room was not clean and smelling badly, we request for Toilet paper but not provided, Bathroom door was dead, TV was not working, basic things were not provided even requested twice or thrice. very bad experience 😕

When i stayed in this property 3 years back, it was very good. That's why i booked this again, but this time it is very bad experience. It seems that nobody is there for the property maintenance. Rooms, bathroom, blanket, bad everything is very bad. Highly disappointed this time.

Location of the hotel is nice very peaceful but approach is quite narrow, nice and big rooms, staff was good.

Peaceful place surrounded by nature beauty and elegance. I loved the architecture of the hotel. The hotel staff was cooperative and offered their services. Special thanks to giriraj and shier singh for their courteous behaviour. The food was delicious as mentioned. This place was quite amazing for our entire journey as it was near to brahma temple and other spiritual sites.

The property looks very new with big parking. Rooms are good and food in restaurant is delicious. The toilet seats need to be fixed rightly. The only problem which we found that they need to get the pest control done on regular basis. We found lizard, cockroaches, flies in the room & lobby area. The staff is very good & helpful.

I found this hotel on the mm t app. When check in is also not so complicated and i feel very comfortable.

The property is near a hill side. From the room that i stayed, 208 on 2nd floor, the beautiful small hill was always visible. From the balcony we could see many peacocks & parakeet. Rooms are specious and we'll maintained. Restaurant have limited menu, however, food was delicious. Yellow daal is recommended. Staff was very helpful. Swimming pool is also beautiful.

It was a good stay. Hotel is neat and clean. The food is also good. No complaints. The staff is cordial and helpful. Poha is really good. Minor repair works are required like leaking taps and shower. But it doesn't bother. The view from the pool is too good.
