Good location but bad approach roads
Reaching here was a pain using google maps at night. Also, when leaving the place, the exit Road was an extreme off-road track which was not informed to us.

It was ok
Room was ok, it could be better, hygiene was not good they have to work on it. Rest everything was good and the staff was polite.

Dear Mr Shbeeb Thanks for your review about Green Height Please note that you have booked the resort with room only basis without breakfast, on check out you were demanded for free breakfast and the manager informed that it was not possible and you have pay extra. Then you have pointed out that you will report a bad review if the food were charged
Family trip
Rooms are spacious, beautiful Greenery around resort, well maintained garden, nice food.

Green heights
Very nice homeland good facilities, only the issue is location, it's 14 kilometers far from Munnar and 1 kilometer Road is not good to the hotel, may be the cause of last year flood, and the climate around the hotel is very nice. The hotel surrounding is calm and better than the Munnar Town.

Wasted our new year night
We have booked the hotel to enjoy the new year night in Munnar accompanied by bonfire and barbeque. We travelled for 120 kms just to stay and enjoy the new year night in the hotel and in the end they just told us all these cannot be arranged and the hotel is not providing all these facilities. Wi-Fi was not at all working and not even getting connected. Food was terrible ambience is good, but the behavior of one of the shareholder of the hotel was very bad or rude.

Dear Guest, Greetings of the day. As per telephonic communication we clearly informed to Mr. Rakesh that prior confirmation needed for barbecue as it was new year eve. But Mr Rakesh not given any confirmation regarding even after his arrival. On gala dinner time he made issues in our restaurant regarding barbecue. Manager tried to inform about the telephonic conversation but he was not willing to hear. If he given confirmation we can definitely arrange barbecue. This was happens.
Most enjoyable and very pleasant
We enjoyed the stay here and recommend it to those interested in simple and clean stay. It's got great staff and very good restaurant.

It was located in outskirt of Munnar, but very nice place, food was also good.

What a view
Stay is brilliant and room service is also good.

Value for money
It is a good property but there is no proper compound wall or fencing to feel secure.
The wall of the room was little bit dirty.

Good experience
Good service. Limited breakfast and coffee machine is missing, except that stay was good.
Only one or two items for breakfast.

Good Stay
The food provided from the canteen charged very costly. Even a Kerala parata and a chapati price was high which was unfair.

Very good location. Good staff with nice behaviour. Food was nice with affordable price. Good room service. Like to stay more and again and again. Good logistic support. Staff avaibility was nice. Really good.

Nice clean rooms and great service
So we stayed here for 2 nights with family, the place is located in the interiors of Uncial village and a bit difficult to get to. But the property is really beautiful and the staff is good too. If you don't mind travelling on a rocky road this is a place for you, with lush green surroundings and good rooms.
