Great location, but the food and amenities could be better. My rating out of 5: Location: 5+ Staff Behaviour: 5 Room: 3.5 Food Options: 2 Amenities: 1+

Property has a scenic location. Staffs are very courteous and helpful. Fodd is also good like homely cooked. But the room amenities needs some proper periodic maintenance. Overall stay was very nice.

The property was ok, staff behavior was good, food quality is great with fair pricing. They need to add more items to their menu ( wonder if they have one) coz the menu was stereotypical.

The place is very secluded, we liked it. There is a vast tea garden in front, Lataguri and Gorumara forests next to it. The caretakers are very helpful. The food is quite good. The rooms are clean

Room was ok, bathroom was ok, but not upto the mark. Room service was very good. Food was ok. Person made the tour plan was misguided.

Food quality and taste is very poor. In which room we had stayed that's room price couldn't be higher than 1200. But we pay 3k avobe. This resort just like a dacoit

Good but shortage of stuff, but ambience is good and amenities good, overall average, distance a little much from highway good for group traveling or couples

The staff in not well trained and it’s also understaffed. While they did their best to make the stay comfortable. Poor restaurant services.

The property is at a great location next to a beautiful tea garden. Rooms were spacious, the cook was good. For future travellers, you have to inform the cook upfront and have to wait a bit since they prepare after you order. Things can be improved in terms of - every room with dustbin, slippers, banket covers, second towel. These one should not have to ask for.

Room quality was not that great, especially bathroom, entire property was not maintained well. Food quality was good but there is not much option. As there is no tv or any activity in the resort one can feel a bit boaring.

Had an amazing stay. The service is wonderful. Food is homely and delicious. Would recommend for a short and peaceful holiday.

experience is overwall fine just improvement requires snacks item's availability time at evening, it is too late . staff behaviour,hospitality is very nice. specially travel co-ordinator ms nabanita marick's guidance, hospitality, management is markable.🙂

It's a pleasant experience out there. 1. Geyser connection should be in proper outlet. 2. More varieties of food dishes should be added in the restaurant of the resort maintaining proper quality.

Indeed it was a wonderful stay and specially the food served. Very simple very tasty. Perhaps i want to return back for the food.

Not much on the menu but you have everything you need for the stay. Very hygienic and enjoyed all the savorys i ordered.
