Room was unhygenic and was lacking basic amenities, not even 50% of what they show in photos . No TV in the room . Even called the company executive for help , got no response. Very poor experience. The rooms were not as they were shown in photos , no tv , even no tissues were provided in the rooms. Ordered my breakfast from cafe and first they delivered wrong order and then took 2 hours to deliver the same . And the rooms were also not clean as shown in pics . I complained to their helpline too but they were not responsive . So yeah overall it was not good , could have had better experience in this amount .

Service is not good
Check in time is 1 pm and I reached the property at 2 pm but still room was not ready. They offered another room but washroom was not clean and lock of back door was broken. They said that they will get it ready by the time I come back but still it was not ready. Service was not good. Staff is careless. Otherwise property is good with lot of amenities like pool table, foosball table, working area and lift.

The common area was absolutely amazing, great music and the food was also quite impressive with lots of options. Enjoyed the facility of gostops that reserved a cab for me when I arrived in gurgaon.

value for money
My stay at the Gostop was fantastic! The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a great view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk who provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and I'll definitely be staying here again

I had a great stay at goSTOPS Gurugram! The place is super clean and the interiors are beautiful — even better than expected. The staff was very polite, helpful, and allowed early check-in, which I really appreciated. Food was tasty, but I wish they had more Indian options like dal, rice, roti, etc. Also, the masala chai could be improved. One thing that could be better is the food ordering system. You can only order through apps with online payment — no cash on delivery, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s a lovely and comfortable place to stay. Just a few small changes, and it would be perfect!

I wanted a space for sleeping one night and it fulfilled my needs. Location is okay. For me it felt pricy as i checked in at 11 pm and left in morning 7 am.
