Very near to beach, friendly staff, clean rooms and overall good service We had nice Dinner & breakfast from there just walkable distance to beach

Location is great . But Staff not very cooperative , breakfast is exactly the same single everyday .

The stay was an excellent one. Food, service, cleanliness and maintenance, hospitality - everything was amazing! Although not exactly near the shore, the resort is close (accessible) to the beach. Overall, it was a good experience.

Location is ok from beach only thing is that to reach there its like climbing a mountain everest as it's very difficult to pass one vehicle through narrow lanes,also hotel didn't notify any unavailability of the lift as such they were under construction and because of that, too much noise was there in the ceiling, we didn't able to nap a little bit after some tiresome journey. I will say that don't go for reviews in the app as I think they are manipulated or some foreigners without knowing anything put their suggestions. My suggestion for those who are arriving from after a long journey,is that better to take on the trivandrum city or nearby kovalam junction area for hotels ,as you can get easily travel cab and reach to beach or lighthouse areas.

Resort was beautiful. Staffs very humble and cooperative. Food was ok. Very near to beach. Also near to Poovar island and Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple.

Very old and poor property. Staff behaviour was worst, when u ask anything they reply with yes but don't provide anything. Breakfast also 2-3 items and that 2 cold. Entrance very dirty, smelly surroundings and limited car parking. I recommend never to stay there again. Worst experience.

Please don't choose this property for a happy stay.. all staffs including management behaving like "gundas" with customers.. i had this experience. they are not giving all facilities what they offer.. you will not get food also. they are not allowing to use swimming pool after 6 pm. also no TV and telephone facility in room. very bad customer service and no respect to customers.. if complaints, they argues so badly.. so not choose this property 🙏🏻🙏🏻they are very bad people..

We reached by 8 pm. We were already tired. They didn't have us room keys as the room was not cleaned. After that the tap of toilet was not working. The room was smelling. Also the floor was wet and it was very sticky. Overall it was a very suffocating feeling throughout the stay.

Location in far from sea no see view no tv overall not good. Breakfast in minimal not neat. Many craters ant and musquitos

Food was not that great, only breakfast was ok. The rooms were not upto the mark, the AC temperature was not getting adjusted. The fan's speed was not getting adjusted.

Access to this resort is like very terrible. You would have to park your car a couple of metres away and walk with your luggage all the way to the entrance. The watchman was helpful though. Swimming pool was gud. Kids did enjoy, stay was below avg with delayed room service. There's no lift too. Gud though coz we were provided complimentary brkfast and dinner. The employees there were friendly and made us feel home though. Overall it was a mix of pros and cons. Can't rate above avg though. Wishing they got an adjacent parking. Gud luck

Stay was good, good hospitality, nice swimming pool, beach is 5 mins walk away, restaurant is average, no hot water was available in bathroom. Stay was good. They have car parking around 100 meter from property.

"disgusting" this is the actually correct word to define my experience at this place. No TV, No cleanliness, Broken flush, Mosquitoes and many more. Our biggest mistake! also it was really very difficult to find this place as there is no sign boards, even Google can't navigate it properly, way to this hotel is soo congested. They even don't have their own parking😓

No parking facility rooms are uncleaned customer satisfaction is zero no proper maintenance
