Blanket and bed sheet should be clean .. both are dirty and bad smell from both. Very disgusting

We have stayed 3 days & satisfied with the property, food, facilities & location. The only thing for getting taxi is very difficult

Flagship Hotel Golden Iris Inn was excellent in terms of location, cleanliness, food and staff was very prompt in attending to our queries and requests. Though the location is a bit far off from IIT Kharagpur campus and finding a commute back from the campus was difficult and expensive. Hotel was excellent with an awesome weather in and near hotel. Overall worth staying here.

No service response in some times. But overall good

The rooms where not clean and there were left over food crumps too . The bed was so hard but the service was good

The hotel environment was terrible and when I entered the hotel. The premises was smelling all with ciggarette and alcohol.Didn't feel safe there. Also I have just checked inn and immediately Checked out

If u are visiting for few hours they will give u the old rooms which are worst stains are present evwrywhere hairs of other people. But if they give you the newer built room then it will be good

Rooms Are Not Cleaned Well And Towels and Bedsheet Are Not Cleaned But Food Is Good. Under 1000 it is value for money

i stayed 4 days very worst experience in my traveling life the horrible hotel staffs are drunk power problem, a/c is not working , bad smell in room and around the hotel , too many cockroach in room and bathroom but room rent and food price are like 5 star range that rooms not worth in 500rs please don't stay here and don't loose your health

Pathetic, rude receptionist like a rowdi. no shelf, there is a dress hanger in door, blanket dusty, bed sheet is dirty. Ha ha toilet, very old mosaic floor, with open drainage, ac’s water pipe directly to toilet like a shower.

Food is excellent, staff are polite gentle, some renovations are going on, all the best, maintain cleanliness

Very bad hotel, cleaning nill, availability of staff nill, room condition poor. Check out time no staff available. Tea & breakfast given at the check out time 11. 00 am

The room is good with window ac not split,, but there is no shower in the bathroom, room service not as per expectations, no water provided has to be purchased from the restaurant below, location by the road, i give 3 star out of 5, good for couple as candlelight dinner, as a vegetarian no proper food available. Window ac room, good for couples but bathroom has no shower, no room service, even water has to purchase from restaurant, as vegetarian not found proper food has to be with only rice & dal. Otherwise no problems they even allowed us to check in at 10. 15 a. M
