Close to Rly station. Room service is excellent. Food reasonably priced. 24 hours hot water available. A Decent stay for the price.

Food average.Very limited variety in breakfast. Tea was good. Room was clean. One rupee shampoo packet and one tiny soap was provided as toiletries. Overall not so impressive at this cost. Should be within 1000 to 1100 range.

The rooms condition are not met as per the value of the money. Old type rooms, old furniture, small room, old noisy acs.

All the experiences are great except the room quality. Nothing bad about the room. Just as a 3 star hotel room decor & maintenance can be a little better. Staff are all jolly.

The location was very convenient. The blankets that were provided should have been covered. The food is good, but there is no provision to order a reasonable amount for a single person. I had to waste a lot of food as they allowed only full plates for everything.

Nice stay, all the staffs are well behaved. Mr himadri at reception is an interesting personality. Food is good.

Sorry to say but this hotel is not upto the mark as per it's pricing hospitality is not good bed room quality is not good i think it's tariff should not more than 1000 per night really very bad experience

This hotel has two wings, old & new. The rooms and bathrooms in the old wing are pretty ordinary, and stripped of any modern amenities. The executive rooms in the new wings are much better, and worth paying the premium rate, if you wish to stay in this hotel. We had been allotted a room in the old wing, but after checking in, we upgraded to a room in the new wing by paying the difference in tariff. The breakfast spread was pretty basic with limited items.

The floor of the bathroom was so underrated. An executive level room can not have that flooring of its attached bathroom. Service from them is also very worse. Tv was not working. Kettle was not clean. I always asked for bathroom kit from them. Overall i was not satisfied. I expected a room with balcony & bathtub but i was so frustrated when got my room for stay.

Hygienic and excellent location. However internet services needs a lot of improvement. Wifi getting disconnected repeatedly hampering office work.
