Very bad service by the reception and very rude attitude towards customers and they are forcing us to cancel MMT and booked by their only for all facilities.

Bathroom geyser was not working.

It was a very terrible experience for me I never book through make my trip ,no value for money ,dirty room , phone not working ,why we are booking in advance ,totally cheet ,I would suggest everyone please never advance .

Location Good. Prime location of Bankura town. Food is average Ambience & facility below average Rooms are stuffy and may feel claustrophobic. Staffs are overall good behaved but it felt a little unwelcoming at first. It has a parking area for vehicles but entry is very narrow. Improvement areas: 1. Rooms to be well maintained. Something to be done to avoid stuffiness. 2. Staffs cooperation could be better. 3. Facility to be enhanced like car on demand at reasonable rate. Room service and washroom plumbing works need professional touch.

We had a one day stay at the hotel. The overall experience was very nice. Clean room and fresh food.

The rooms are good and spacious. The staff however gave a different room to what was booked via mmt. The lobby and passage area are not well maintained and has room for improvement.

Room quality and staff behaviour quite good but the necessary regular use product like hand wash brush was properly not there but their restaurant food is very good and affordable

Over stay was a pleasant surprise. Each and everyone of the hotel staff was couteous and helpful. The super deluxe ac room had all the amenities advertised and more. The crowning glory was the restaurant; if one is a fan of authentic bengali cuisine, here's where you need to be. Overall an extremely pleasant experience. Thanks to all concerned for making our stay a memorable one.
