Review Of Oracle Guest House

Room was so pathetic what ever shown on pictures which was totally differ hence orcale guest house manager asking for extra money to get comfortable room while i have paid rs. 363 more to avail that room. That is also not up to the mark.

Very bad hotel

Hii this hotel was not clean for official staying and room is very short, bathroom was not usable. Overall a bad experience within this rate

The hotel location was fine and easily approachable, approx 35 km from Kharagpur railway station. The bed was very dirty and room ceiling has some black spot like dirt and built quality was not good. Food was good and staff behavior was also good.

The room was poor and untidy, bedsheet and pillows were dirty and washroom was also very bad in condition. The location of the hotel was far from main Town and cleanliness was not up to the mark. Staff behavior was good.

1. The room and the washroom were littered with dirt. 2. All the taps were broken, had to get them changed. 3. Hot water doesn't come on the shower. 4. They give paint buckets in the washroom. 5. The elevator had broken thrice in 2 days. 6. Uncleaned and stinky synthetic blankets.

It is one of the best hotel in Kharagpur. Staff behaviour is good overall experience is good.
