I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the modern amenities I needed. The staff was extremely polite, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The restaurant served delicious food with good variety. Location was convenient, close to transport and shopping areas. Overall, it offered great value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Washroom wasn’t clean, also room wasn’t that much clean to stay but emergency purpose I stayed because I don’t have other option at night

I have book the date by mistake. After 5 min I have called for date change. But they didn't listen. I booked the date by mistake. After 5 minutes, I called to change the date, but they didn't listen.

Overall the room was ok but the quality of food and the cost of the food was a bit expensive and the basic amenities which one should have heard along with the room were not there like shaving kit, dental kit, all of these are fine if one looks at the room, the quality of the food is also ok but the food was too expensive, there are no complaints about the cleanliness of the room, it is ok, earlier we used to get 2 litre water bottle, now we get 1 litre water bottle, that was not available.

service is very very poor, no internet , no toiletry , asking for toiletry and providing dental kit ,again asking for shaving set then providing used shaving gel, for internet , they are telling server is down but after 10 mnts called and told to change Room but same issue ,no internet after few minutes. very bad experience , food also not so good.

All the fecilities which were provided in orbit hotel excellent. Their hospitality good. Any time they reacted positively. Food in the hotel wonderful every item good taste. Breakfast nice every item very delicious. Location very convinient every one from kharagpur. We stayed in the hotel three days threse three days gives us memorable. Next time we surely give our first priority to stay in this hotel. Each and every thing good and hygiene.

All rooms are same in size, booked Non AC for 2 days and deluxe for 3rd days assuming it to be 156 sqft as mentioned but unfortunately I was told that all rooms are the same in size, u don't find even a small eating table to have food, need to have it on bed... deluxe room was 150 more than standard which I booked mistakenly but when I spoke to the manager and offered 150/- additional over and above he asked 500/- which was so unprofessional and unexpected....it shouldn't be categorised as hotel it's an small guest house with no food facility... description of the rooms should be corrected immediately...the only good part is rooms are clean and staff is good 👍... Room is wide enough and maintained very well. Very good staff and good restaurant.

The location was very good very near to public transport and the staff was also very nice. But there was no ventilation in the room and some smell of moisture was also there. The bathroom was not that big as shown in the picture. Other than that food was good at a decent price.

The AC had a leak which fell on the bed, it would have been better if they turned on the water heater throughout the day. Based on the rate of the stay they should have provided free water, and other condiments such as more than 1 milk powder packets per day.

The hotel service was great it's just that room weren't that big other that that it was perfect
