Review Of GOLDEN FLOWER

Guys. Yesterday i came to this hotel ( as per address) along with my 2 kids & luggage. I travel-led from bangalore to spend some family time in mysore. Interesting fact is that this property is not exist here. Someone in the building told me that they ( who was running accommodation) have been vacated now the building name itself is changed. Both the contact numbers not working ( mentioned in my booking). Just imagine how horrible it is to stand with family & luggage. Spoken with customer care but they also can't able to contact hotel concerns. Mm t returned back the booking amount but it became horrible for me to find out alternate option for stay due to long weekend.

It was good to stay and staff are accommodative

No sugar, coffee and milk sachets made available even after requesting. No toilet paper. The balcony door could not be closed because lock was missing. No security at gate. No food available. Not suitable for families.
The balcony door didn't have a lock. The kettle was dirty and unusable. There was no coffee, milk and sugar sachets even after requesting for the same. No toilet tissue. No security at gate during night.

Stayed for two days while the upkeep for the first day was not good. It improved on second day. The staff however was friendly.

Good service apartment with friendly staff.
Liked room room service courageous staff.
