I had a fantastic stay at this homestay! The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay—always ready to assist with anything I needed and offering great local tips. Their hospitality really made the experience special and memorable. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay. I’ll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

These rooms are very clean and neat like home style. But, missed the tv for my kids.. Food prepared and served here is very delicious and home tasty. I liked very much. Location is very good and pleasant.. Value for money..

The current state of the room presents several issues, including mosquito activity and disruptive external noise, which are not in line with the expected standards. The disparity between the room's actual condition and its advertised rating raises concerns. As a result, I have made the decision to seek alternative accommodations, despite having a reservation for an additional night, and I understand the associated financial impact. The stay at golden beach was terrible as the staffs acts as the owner and their behavior was very horrible. Hot water facility was not there and when i asked they told its self service and rude attitude was really haunted me. My humble request that don’t choose this and no plug points in the room and was not at all comfortable.

It's a good place to stay. The beach is just a few meters away from the home. The owner is very good.

Would fully recommend for budget traveller, check in was smooth, allepy beach was just a 2 minutes walkable distance.

Owner and his family was really nice. They provided us authentic home cooked masala dosa. We rented their scooty for the trip.

I stayed in this property with my wife. We arrived quite late ( Around 12 :30 AM) at night for the checkin. The owner was waiting for our arrival and guided to our rooms. The rooms and toilets were clean, spacious. We even tried their homemade foods in the morning which was authentic Kerela style food. The fish fry and fish curry were awesome. The Alleppey beach is very close to this property( Around 5 mins). Highly recommended for budget travellers looking for a good place to stay.

I found this property through make my trip, we were two people, we booked a single non ac room. The room was well kept with a clean bedsheet and pillows. The property owner is very kind and hospitable.

Nice location and cheap price hai yaha par kuchh bhi ho maja aa gaya hai bass yaha par check out karte time auto ki diktat hai bass

The rooms were ok bedsheets were not clean and the bathroom was too small. The wash basin was in the common area. Overall not too bad not too good.

The location was low key good. Great staff. Wasn't the stereotypical kerala ammayi. Cool people. Even fave us an hour extra cause we lagged to get ready n stuff ro checkout.

Room was too small and cleaning was also not up to mark. They didn't provide towel even. Bathroom was also very small and no hot water in bathroom.
