Property is good, chethan the property owner is also kind enough to cater to the guests requests and care take kishan is always available for any thing that we need. Even the pool was frequently cleaned. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely come back again.

Very nice property. Highly recommended this place for newcomers. Caretaker was very helpful to carry the luggage and bring the groceries. Housekeeping was up to the mark.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and four days in a 2-bedroom flat. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The staff were supportive and polite, and the rooms were clean and neat. The swimming pool was very good. However, one of the bathroom handles in the bedroom was broken, and the door didn't close properly after using the ac, which took a long time to cool the room. Also, although the hotel provided all necessities, there was no washing machine. I strongly suggest providing one. Nonetheless, i would recommend this hotel for families. It's conveniently located near baga and calangute beaches, just a 2-5 minute drive away. You can also easily rent a vehicle right outside the hotel gate.

It was an amazing property the rooms are cozy and there's a positive vibe in there we enjoyed a lot the interior was amazing and beautiful the best part was its balcony which had a walkin swimming pool the house helped is also very humble and sweet overall this place is beautiful

Had an amazing experience. Had been to goa before also but this time this homestay made us feel like home only. Caretaker mr. Kishan is so humble and caring. Homestay equipped with all the facilities, so spacious, separate bathroom for each room, swimming pool, cooking facilities. Loved it

Fully furnished, hygienic and well maintained apartment. Kitchen stocked with utensils, ro purifier, induction, microwave. Regular cleaning. The view was amazing. Pool just outside the apartment. Location is very close to calangute and baga beach. Food options in the restaurant could be better though.

best and beautiful place in Goa

This is excellent property in central calangut goa. But should be check out time 12 noon. Food is excellent and pool is good.

Room was full of mosquitoes, air conditioner was leaking. Pool was full of dead flies. Room were clean, kitchen was equipped with basic utensils. We stayed there for a night and payed around 7000 ( including everything), that’s i would say is very expensive. Because you can get much more in that price. Its very expensive given we visited in september starting, and season was off

Almost safest appratment having a good quality food and cleans rooms and good care taker

I booked the 2 bhk Goa heritage package. The stay is more beautiful than it looks in the pictures. Walls are hand painted and the decorations also very beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay there. Pool is in very good condition and staffs are really nice. A must stay place in Calangute.

Good for family and group. Pool is good. Breakfast is ok, ample parking available, taxis available right outside the gate. The caretaker did a good job. Interiors are in good condition. Perfect for a group of six to 8.

We were looking for a place for 7 friends for our yearly get together. Stumbled on this by chance and boy was it worth it, yeah absolutely. 2 BHK apartment on the ground floor pool with nice big patio overlooking the pool/right beside it. The place is clean and the caretaker was very good. If you're looking for a bachelor pad in Goa close to both Baga and Calangute.

Just a suggestion to include few more items like fruits and juices in the breakfast menu. Otherwise a great choice for 4 to 6 people with living space, pantry and two bedrooms.

I visited with a group of 5-6 friends and stayed in a 2B/2B villa with a pool view. The villa is very spacious and was very comfortable for 6-7 girls. The hotel is very safe and the entry of any outsider is restricted post 10pm which is very safe. They have ample space for parking and pool was also very good. Staff is very nice and very helpful. The villa was quite clean and the caretaker took care of everything. Restaurant’s location is in basement which is hard to find but the hotel food was decent and breakfast is included.
