coupleLocation was good, however parking avalability is a big issue. Property owner/caretaker was really very good in his behaviour and helpfulness.

familyThis is a small property, a bungalow re-purposed as a hotel. It's very close to the market and panchgani st bus stand. As it's in a bylane, there is parking space for only one car. The rooms are also quite small with space for just a bed and a one door cupboard. The view from the window is another building close by. No breakfast option.

The room condition is good but the landlords don't have any clue about our booking, i have booked a honeymoon suit room and ended up getting a normal room.

Dear Inder, Thanks for your concerns. However we do room service for food and cleaning. Linen and towels are changed every 2 days. We do have room fresheners in the lobby which you may have missed it. Also all our rooms are sanitized, cleaned, freshened and well ventilated for all our guests. We look ahead to see you again.
Mixed reactions
Super basic but clean homestay at competitive cost. Recommended only if you are looking for a bed for night.
