We have booked hotel but due to assigning to other person we where shifted to other hotel. Our booking was confirmed and payment was done priorly

Everything was good except no lift

The towel and blanket are not good. And the wash room is very small, water bottle chargeable

Hotel staff was really polite and helpful. Overall experience was good and the best thing is it just opposite of back door of golden temple so you hardly walk for 5 mins

Rooms are small and a little dirty. Mr. Patrick who is the manager of the hotel is a very polite, helpful and caring person by nature. He took all efforts to make our stay comfortable.

I booked a deluxe room after looking at the picture of the room and paid extra for the same. But upon arrival i was provided with an unhygienic, dirty room with dirty bed sheet, dirty bathrrom and walls and the closet full with dirty clothes, probably of an employee working there. When i raised the concern at the reception, they told me that i have booked a deluxe room and i have been provided with the same. If i want a room with the view, i need to pay 400 extra. Then after i was forced to settle with a little better room with no view and which was far from what you expect from a room, which is deluxe.

Extremely horrible accommodation. I don't require any of your discounts.

I will never think about staying in this property again. The intercom of the hotel was not working. And i needed a bottle of water. Ac was not working. So-called on phone no given on whatsapp message sent to me. The person on the other side was very abusive. When i called him. He said that he is the owner of the hotel and is not responsible for providing water to you. You should contact receptionist. I toed him that your intercom is not working. He again abused me in same style. I was shocked to listen to him. I never expected such words and my excitement to this trip was smashed. N ex day i did not even visit the golden temple and returned back home

One has to pass through narrow lanes to reach there. The hotel has no lift, one man, no service boy, no food. The tv was not working, bathroom was giving unbearable foul smell.

Small room, no lift, no cleaning, no manpower

Location of hotel is very near to temple but there were no lift in the hotel hence the room in third floor is very difficult for the older person room size is small and the door of bathroom does not close but the staff is very polite and helpful. Only tea was ordered which is not good

Staff behaviour, location cleanliness is good, we faced an issue with gyser, which was not working properly with current leakage. They should change their geysers with branded one for their guest to be safe.

Rooms were big and clean, owner is also polite and very flexible with check in check out timing

It was really a nice experience. Hotel staff was very helpful and humble, tried their best to fulfill your requirements. Room was neat and clean and geyser, ac everything working fine. You can have golden temple view from the room and from their roof you can view the whole temple campus. Temple is hardly 10 step away from hotel. Heritage street also on walking distance.

Food quality was good as well the behaviour of staff was good too.

Very clean rooms, very gud hotel near golden temple, very gud staff, very gud food, parking very gud, i think all is fantastic
