Me and my family stayed for 3 days . Property was very nicely maintained, location on sea beach with very less crowd, very well accessible with good parking place for vehicles, staff very cooperateitiv, good swimming pool and gym, overall a good place to relax.

The property and hospitality is good, but service is bad. Room service takes time, and "Sea-View" rooms only provide partial view.

My stay at the hotel in Puri turned out to be a truly memorable experience. Right from the beginning, the staff impressed me with their humility and supportive attitude. I had requested for a room on a higher floor, and without any excuses, they happily arranged it, which made me feel well taken care of. The room offered a breathtaking sea view that was absolutely mesmerizing and added a special charm to the entire stay. The quality of service and hospitality was so impressive that I decided to extend my stay for one more day just to enjoy the experience further. The morning breakfast buffet was another highlight — it was not only delicious but also had a wide variety of cuisines to choose from, catering to all tastes. Overall, the combination of warm hospitality, excellent service, amazing food, and the beautiful sea view made this stay exceptionally pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puri and would love to come back again.

Fortune Beachfront Puri is very conveniently located, public transport is available 24x7. Right from the lobby to our rooms & the dining space, this property was spotlessly neat & tidy. The reception staff were very courteous & checked us in within minutes of our arrival. A five star atmosphere prevailed throughout our stay. The sea facing room on the first floor was well appointed with all modern amenities. Complimentary fruits & chocolates were also provided in our room. The mattresses were very clean & comfortable. Buffet breakfast & dinner was well spread offering a large variety of fresh food. The pool was clean & the gym was well equipped. I thank Mr. Prasanna Ray, General Manager, & his entire team for making our comfortable stay a memorable one. Waiting anxiously to re visit Fortune Beachfront Puri, a value for money property, at the first available opportunity.

Superb experience.. Loved everything about this hotel. They have provided me early check in, late check out, one scarf as welcome gesture, upgraded the room with sea view, a variety of options in breakfast, Hi-tea, swimming pool and a very quiet room with proper sea view. House keeping service was also quick. Overall it made my day.. Will definitely consider ITC in my upcoming vacations.

not worth the price tag .....

just one word to describe AVERAGE... its a decent property , sea view rooms are good , but definitely not worth the price tag beyond go to mayfair instead . staff is well behaved , polite and i think they are the usp , food is sub par , even a decent coffee was not available , someone handed a cappuccino made with spoiled milk, so try to avoid the food ,You get a business hotel kind of vibe , warmth is definitely missing .This hotel is as good as a normal business hotel , definitely not worth the itc tag and as well as the price tag they offer.

Room size was very small and the in-room dine dish that i ordered was Jain food and what they gave was food with onion and garlic. I asked twice the delivery call he even call the chef and he confirmed that no onion garlic but onion was there on the food. Later they accepted their mistake and changed the food.
