The food experience was extremely disappointing. Despite clearly requesting the waiter to serve starters first and then the main course, everything was brought out together, leaving us to eat our main course cold.
The worst part was during checkout, The receptionist asked us to wait while housekeeping “checked” the room. Soon after, they produced a picture of a stained towel and demanded payment. We denied it since we had not used their towels even once. When we asked them to show us the actual towel, they brought out a completely different one that didn’t even match the photo shown at reception.
When we insisted on proof and requested CCTV footage to confirm whether housekeeping themselves had planted the towel, they refused. Instead, they created a scene at reception, pressuring us to pay.
On top of all this, the service was unfriendly right from the start. The receptionist greeted us with unpleasant expressions instead of a welcoming smile, as if guests were a burden.
Overall, extremely poor service and unprofessional conduct. Be cautious if you plan to stay here.
