We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful location, nestled in nature and perfect for a peaceful getaway. While the walk downhill is a little steep, it’s absolutely worth it for the calm and serene atmosphere that surrounds the place. The host was truly fabulous – warm, welcoming, and attentive to every need. The food was another highlight – simple, delicious, and truly homely, adding a special touch to the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature with great hospitality!

Fern Villas is a fantastic place to stay, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The property is beautifully designed, with spacious rooms that provide both comfort and charm. The hosts are exceptionally welcoming, and Suraj, in particular, went above and beyond to make us feel at home, assisting us in every way possible. The location is also a highlight—just a short walk from Landour Bakehouse, adding to the convenience. Reaching the property requires a walk downhill, which adds to the adventure. From here, you can take in stunning panoramic views of Mussoorie and the Doon Valley. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable stay!

The stay was very comfortable. The host suraj was extremely warm and helpful. Its a delightful property with very hospitable environment. 10/10 recommended.

The experience was very good. The cabin was neat and clean, well equipped with the amenities. Beautiful trek nearby and it was a beautiful stay.

I had an excellent stay at fernvillas1. The room in itself is clean, amazingly maintained and well equipped with everything you’d need. It has a stove, microwave, fridge, sink and the most amazing utensils. The view is very nice from the room and they have a deck on which you can catch the most amazing sunset. The bathroom is also clean with modern fixtures and has body wash, soap etc along with towels. All that you’d need. There’s hot water 100% of the time throughout the house in all taps. The place is equipped with high speed wifi. The food is very good and provided by the home stay. You need to order in advance as they make the food to order. There is a caretaker by the name of suraj who is a gem of a person. He will arrange anything for you on request - he got us wine(though it wasn’t available at the home stay, a scooty for the duration of our stay and anything else we wanted including cabs back to the airport. The only disadvantage about this place is that you have to walk down a fair bit from the main road at an incline which isn’t suitable for old people or people with disabilities. You also have to climb up every time you want to go anywhere from the home stay which can be quite exhausting. But apart from that i’d say it was 9/10 stay. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

The location was great, the food and cleanliness was up to the mark, asked for white bath linen and was supplied with the same, host was very responsive

Absolutely gorgeous stay, suraj the caretaker was super friendly and very helpful, only issue is the walk till the stay, anyone more than 40 won't be able to reach the property it's a difficult trek downhill and not well lit that's the only thing to be noted before booking
