Room was fine, no access to hot water in bathroom though there was a switch, it was not working. A constant smell was there in the bathroom though room freshener was sprayed. Location is very much deeply inside the transport nagar with difficulty in access to nearby shop or atm, etc. reception staff insisted on cash payment after I said I don’t have cash then QR code was shown. Food was good, tasty and neat and clean. No mosquito coil or goodnight liquid was there, I was given incense stick instead to drive mosquitoes away. The area is surrounded by warehouses, trucks towed during the night and dim street lights. Inside hotel was though clean, sitting area was there in the reception. Tv, ac, bed was all good and clean, but bathroom was untidy and commode was all shaky. Overall, for emergency purpose or you have train or flight to catch early morning then the hotel is okay.
