Room was smelling bad, tap was leaking, bed sheet and blanket covers were dirty as if not washed for many days.

Good Stay
The property was easy to locate, walking distance from the main road. The room and washroom was clean and hygienic. The staff was cordial and friendly. The bedsheets and towels were old and shabby. Apart from that the stay was comfortable at the offered price.

Poor Stay
fab hotels system lead to fab hotel showing wrong check in guest, this caused fab hotel dining check in. After 45 mins of talking to representative and no help in getting hotel rooms near by. I have to convince fabhotel to provide rooms. Which they agreed finally. Also room provided were small and not as per shown while booking.
