the property is located at very convenient location, the staff is so polite, Mukund and Nikita at reception arranged everything on time whenever being called. room hygiene is good.. The food was too good.. overall a great experience!

Location bad . Dirty all around Reception and kitchen Co ordination poor Warm water in room flows after wasting 3 buckets old cold water . Imagine all rooms all individuals throwing water , is a reflection of owners having poor value for water Food average nothing to be proud off Suggestion That you keep a small fridge near the reception for sick diabetic patients to keep Theo medicine insuline When checking in ask the guest if he is interested in news paper Entry location poor Kitchen service poor Lots of water being wasted to get warm water . I failed bathed in cold water

Good manager, needs more staff. Ppace is nearby to restaurants and stuff, malls too. Bathroom sizes were small.

I can say one of the best hotel one can get at this price in vashi navi mumbai. Staff service sanitation cleanliness everything was on point and can't demand more. I had previous experience when the check out time exceed the management just gets on your nerve but this time we check out around 20 min late and they were so cooperative towards us and were during checkout. And forgot to mention, food in there also tastes very good and u can definitely give it a try if you don't want unnecessary hustle for going out to have your dinner or lunch great hotel great management.

Room was very small. Didn’t provide chilled water in the room. I checked in at 11pm with my family. I didn’t feel safe to stay at night. Definitely not a family hotel.
