Excellent Stay
It was very pleasant to stay in this hotel, pleasant means everything is good. There was no shortage, the rooms were peaceful and very clean, the hospitality of the hotel staff was very cordial. It seemed as if they knew what I wanted. The quality of food was high. The cleanliness was top class

Room was good, staff behaviour was good but my room voucher breakfast included but not provide by them. Afte asking brekfast included hai they denied.

Very bad hotel in bhopal i am already pay full payment from make my trip but he receive for me room extra charges rupees 400. I call your customer care but no response any number why!

Poor Stay
bad experiance linen are old and dirty, rooms are dirty, provide dirty towels, they didn't provide service on time, fan regulator and telephone and lift not working. They told the customer that an otp will come on mobile for checkout they taking the customer mobile .
