Refuse to accept paid booking. Manager telling that we have not accept paid booking please cancel and book fresh. No proper arrangements. In room very small room no proper water supply in bathroom and tv not work, wifi not work,

Third class service and rude behavior

No response of room service, TV was not working. Phone was broken. Even water was not available in room. Lift was in a bad condition.

Good location, staff behaved good but improvement needed against following areas. Hot water wasn't available 24×7, Only in morning hours, Anyways I didn't want to take a second bath in winter They had the fittings proper of jaguar but they didn't turned on it except morning couple hours. TV wasn't working until I complained but they corrected it, so its fine. Power wasn't switched on first after I was given the access card and I was told to go to the room, they switched it on after I called up the reception manager. Rest otherwise things are ok, its developing so I guess they will be making improvements.

They do not have bath towels to give, not given during stay and told we don't have towel you can check-out, Very bad experience.

I stayed here for 3 days and loved the place. Hotel interior is good, location also. Rooms were well maintained, cleaned, washrooms are hygienic and bedsheets are cleaned. They also offered morning breakfast which is also tasty but poha is tasteless.

Hotel was in renovation/construction phase. Whole floor/rooms were full of wooden dust as some work was going on. Room size were ok.

Cleaning

No one does the cleaning in absence and no one is bothered to whether to clean or not. All over the bathroom there are cockroaches. Room is stinking
