hotel staff is so rude and they are using bad language so i will not stay at this property again

the stay was terrible and the experience was horrible. i booked a delux room which said it is 150 sqft. however, when I reached the hotel, I found that the delux room is only 70 sq ft. there is barely space to stand properly. cleanliness was bad. condom packets were thrown here and there. bathroom was not clean and the commode was also broken. Breakfast was of poor quality. i definitely not recommend any one to stay here even if they provide the room for 500 Rs. MMT was also not of any help when I conveyed my situation. overall pathetic service and very unprofessional behaviour on the part of MMT also
