did not match the actual room i was given. The images portrayed a spacious, clean, and well-furnished room, but the reality was entirely different. The room was cramped, poorly maintained, and lacked several amenities that were promised. It felt like a deliberate misrepresentation to attract customers. This level of dishonesty was incredibly frustrating and ruined what was supposed to be a comfortable stay. I expected transparency and honesty, but the experience fell far below expectations.

The room was very good but the service was not up to mark.

Hotel is good for stay especially premium ones. Good facilities,Room size and others. I’ll recommend this one

Stay was comfortable, but location was inside a colony, lift was under construction
