very poor service ac was not effective room was not clean i was trying to connect mmt but they didn't give any solution. such a very fucking staff and also mmt was not trying to understand concern of customer waste of money

Absolutely loved my stay! The rooms were spotless, the bed was super comfy, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend this place for both business and leisure travelers.

i stayed at hotel raj ratna was fabulous as hotel was new so found it super clean ,with very courteous Staff..over all value for money..we highly recommend this for our next trip to Ahmedabad.

won't suggest this place for thi cost
The overall ambience and service was very average. The breakfast option is a cheating. They didn't had any breakfast options in the hotel. They were buying it from somewhere outside. That too on both the days they could not provide any suitable item for breakfast and so we ended up not taking anything for breakfast from them. When we complained to them about this, they mentioned we should complaint and will give us refund...

Excellent service. Recommend for family friendly and service provided by staff to the best level. Budget friendly and you won't find in nearby locality, we visited to most other place but this was the only choice we can make. We thank hotel service staff and definitely suggest to anyone looking for longer stay as well.

Terrible Experience from Booking issue to Cleanliness
Pathetic front office experience, Booking happned the local Hotel GL Residency so it was a labyrinth and I was unable to talk to hotel reception, when I had landed at this hotel. At 6.00 AM they denied rooms stating that there were no rooms, called couple of times and their staff were unable to help. Had a big argument post that hotel staff managed to provide me some make shift room. Room Cleanliness below average, amenities at least 40 years old, hygiene definitely below the basic expectations. I would never stay in this hotel or never recommend this for anyone.

Horrible hotel and service
soloFirst of all, the hotel was not well-maintained. There were no phones in the room, and the room's lock was a small, home-style lock with a key. The window in the room couldn't close, and half of the lights were dim or didn't work. For any minor issues, we had to call the manager using our own phone, dialing his phone number. At night, due to the window not closing, they changed my room and gave me another one where the ac didn't work properly, ac was turning off suddenly and i had to keep turning on during night, and, on top of that, there was no fan in the room. They didn't have other room to offer me and i can't sleep in the previous room because i was scared that anybody can enter my room while i am asleep. Please don't waste your money on such hotels
