Review Of FabExpressHC Mount View

Rooms are not good. Toilets are unhygienic and very dirty. What it has been shown on the site and what it has been given is very much different. Our package was with Breakfast which we didn't receive. We would not refer this to anyone. This hotel was purely one night stand kind of. We have experienced couple fighting with staff on something. Please do not book this and ruin your trip.

Alternate Hotel provided is worst in ambience. Looks like some lodge. Not suggest for family stay. Rooms were smelly.

The pillow covers weren’t changed... it literally had so much hair on it.. no hygiene!!.. generator? Broken..lift? Broken...tv? Not working

Very very worst place for stay, I stayed one night the bed was full of insects, muskitos, can’t sleep full night, I booked the room with breakfast but up to 8 am there is no cause for breakfast, so I left from hotel without breakfast at 8.30, don’t choose this hotel at any worst conditions

No, AC working. No power backup. No cleanliness; the room was very dirty. The staff were nice, but the hotel's condition was terrible. The only positive is its proximity to the airport.

It was a good experience. Overall staff was good and facility was clean. Things that could have been better were Internet access on ground floor and entrance to car parking

Our one night stay in Fabhotel HC Mount View, Mohali, was pathetic. Despite asking the room to be ready , it wasnt. The room was dirty, ac was not working and toilets were also filthy. Our room was changed as the AC was not working, but the other room given to us was equally dirty and had mosquitoes and flies. The staff was extremely rude when we mentioned all this and as we had reached late at night after a 12 hour drive, we had no option but to make do with the room. Next day, when we ordered breakfast, the dining area was extremely dusty and unclean and we were asked to have our breakfast in the room. When all of this was told to the hotel desk, they just shrugged their shoulders and said you can complain about it on the site. In all, it was a pathetic experience at this hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAY HERE.

TV Setup box WiFi not working and light back up ,service nothing is there. No body is there to solve issue.

Hotel room is good but only thing is that location is bit isolated. Service was excellent and food was good

The rooms were not clean and didn't look hygienic. Makemytrip mentioned it as a new property but it was no way a new property. We reached at night so location was also looked very interior. Only positive can be the distance to the airport apart from that nothing was good will definitely want makemytrip to do a review before putting newly built and good rating for properties.

No wifi, broken furniture, no water in the morning, no power for about 2 hours. All this with a lack of professionalism from the hotel manager & owner.

Good stay. Very good front staff. Helped me to get cap to airport in the late night and supported me well.

I have a very comfortable stay! attendance was very smooth! staff are very friendly. Even if you will get food on time! i must recommend all of you to eat there chicken spicy special curry! value for money. Thank you!
