one of the worst experience as hotel stay.
check-in was very cumbersome. no one was at reception. my reservation was not reflecting at all. after making a few calls I was allotted a room
concept of room service too is not heard of.
you are not allowed to order from outside and no intercom, reception was unmanned during whole stay
they gave on local mobile no to order, which was not answered and the morning no one bothered to check with me. I could not get one coffee.
