Review Of RADIUS HOTEL

Staying here was very good,hotel is located in a very good and approachable location. Service and cleanliness was an additive factor and I would like stay here again.

The receptionists have been very friendly and welcoming. The room was also clean and tidy. At times there was some tobacco smoke smell coming through the toilet vents which was annoying. The main thing that stood out was that the room service has been poor. We had to request the replenishment of tea bags, water and shampoo/body wash multiple times. Despite being told we would get them to our room, no one would come. We would then have to ring up to 3 times until someone comes. Then when someone comes they only bring one of the items requested and has to go back again to get the rest. We also asked for a clothes press iron, however, again we only got it on the fourth request.

Hotel was excellent. Very near to the national highway that gives easy commutations within the city.

Room was good, neat and clean! food was also good.
